16, Male, 23 days on this hunter - had a different hunter i raided on during BC with about 45 days.
2. List any alts and off specs you have gear for AND CAN PLAY COMPETENTLY (your main should be able to respec and play any spec on the fly):
Dirtyboy, 80 DK in bad gear

5. We are a raiding guild and are usually in the top 100 guilds in the US; it is expected you have raiding experience and know ALL encounters and hard modes currently in game! In your opinion, what is the most difficult boss encounter you have ever defeated and why?:
In my opinion Lady Vashj was the hardest encounter simply due to a bunch of idiots in the guild and the amount of time it took us to down her. Although, Yogg is definately up there because there is always one person that enjoys standing in clouds in phase 1.
6. Previous guilds/servers and reason for leaving, also include any references we may contact:
My current guild is Saga, and the reason I am leaving is because of the lack of progression (been stuck at the keepers without downing one for a while). Also, their raid times aren't the greatest for me.
7. It is assumed you will be available from 8-12 ST (Server Time is EST) Sunday through Thursday. If you can’t, please explain why you couldn't make our scheduled raid times (or why you even bothered applying):
I can make them.
8. Explain what specifically puts you at the top? We raid to be at the top and expect it of all our members. Do you take pride in topping meters, never letting the tank die, never pulling aggro, etc.? What separates you from the rest? Be specific, this will be a major indicator of the kind of player you are:
I love topping the meters, but i will obviously do less dps to avoid pulling aggro, avoiding things such as clouds or void zones, Misdirecting, etc.
9. Post a screen shot of your UI (Thumbnail Please) or a comprehensive list of mods that you use for raiding. ARE YOU A CLICKER?
My UI is really simple - I use ArcHUD, Bartender, Recount, and omen and I usually dont click.
10. If you have thoroughly answered the following questions and you are confident you are what we are looking for, you have a good chance of being trialed, but we'd like to know why you want to join us? What made you choose us over the other guilds out there?
I've seen a lot of players from WLPH and they were all very skilled and nice. If the rest of the guild is like this it would be a pleasure to be a part of it while raiding end-game content

Why survival over marksman?
And, for your survival spec, why do you have 3/3 EW?

Dunno really, i have just always played surv in WotLK, got used to it and now I do some pretty good deeps as it.
Yeah i realize that i should have 2/3 EW b/c of the GCD, been meaning to change it for a while now..always get side tracked

I've also been debating where to put that point - I was thinking either Go for the throat or rapid killing in marks or just another point into hunting party for a little extra regen.

2/3 hunting party is taken for the extra 1% agi not the uptime of Rejuvination.. and 2/2 go for the throat is worthless given you arent horrible

Marks is actually where the DPS is if you have enough armor pen. Check out Chigau from the PuG from two weeks ago - he rolls marks and does pretty high dps.

I think i have the gear for marks, i have a couple of peices i have swithced out that don't have armor pen on them. In my marks gear i believe i have about 23% armor pen, I'd just have to get used to marks again because I haven't played it in so long.
