DKP IS RESETTING 09/01
The highest DKP in guild will be around 100, people who have not raided with us since 3.2 will be removed from DKP, and most players will be hovering around 50-75 DKP at the start of the reset since I will be using standard deviation and normalizing DKP like it was for Sunwell, Naxx, and Ulduar before.

Given we have two tiers of emblems, and are still actively raiding two tiers of content, I have decided we'll use two separate DKP tables to award loot. One is for 25 man normal raids for and the other table will be for 25 man heroic raids.
Both tables will be resetting 09/01 and will be mirrors of each other
Loot costs and awards remain the same
Trophies will be 1/4 DKP after 09/01 and regalia will be 1/2 DKP
DKP can be awarded to both tables regardless of difficulty
Loot is awarded and taken from the table of the difficulty it drops from
So feel free to spend all that normal DKP because it won't be taken from your heroic table, however don't stop showing up for normal content because we will be awarding, splitting, and giving bonus DKP to the heroic table even in normal content still.

i assume the dkp earned from doing the hard modes will be more than dkp earned from normal content.

The DKP awards will be pretty much the same as they have been. They will just be split evenly between the two tables.
So, for example, if we run Uldar for a night and garner 100 DKP, 50 of that will go to HM table and 50 will go to Normal table.
The incentive to come to HMs will be Abecnormous DKP or HM only DKP awards (think 50 HM DKP awarded for Yogg 0 kill instead of 25 HM and 25 Normal).

I have to look into the specifics of awarding DKP to two tables with WebDKP, but this is tentatively what DKP awards will look like;
ULDUAR
TIMED AWARD - 5 DKP N / 5 DKP H
NORMAL BOSS - 10 DKP N / 10 DKP H
HM BOSS - 20 DKP N / 10 DKP H
TOTC N
TIMED AWARD - 5 DKP N / 5 DKP H
BOSS - 10 DKP N / 10 DKP H
TOTC H
TIMED AWARD - 5 DKP N / 5 DKP H
BOSS - 10 DKP N / 20 DKP H
Any incentive DKP, like "BONUS 100 DKP FOR KILL HM MIMIRON TONIGHT!" will probably be split 50/50 but we'll decide that when we create the bonus.
Timed awards will always be 5 to both tables, and WL DKP will be 1/2 of boss awards if you're able and ready to come in at any time during attempts or the kill of that boss.

DKP is reset
Normal formula was: SQRT((293*(CURRENT DKP)-(MEAN DKP)))*0.1
Heroic formula was: SQRT((657*(CURRENT DKP)-(MEAN DKP)))*0.1
Players who haven't raided with us since 3.2 and players that had below 500 current DKP have been purged from the list.
