Offspec if Holy, don't have a ton of shadow gear and I don't play the
spec very often but I'm flexible.

5. We are a raiding guild and are usually in the top 100 guilds in the US; it is expected you have raiding experience and know ALL encounters and hard modes currently in game! In your opinion, what is the most difficult boss encounter you have ever defeated and why?:
I dont recall what I put on my first app back like over a year ago, I think I said Ouro or C'thun in vanilla. Both were very healing intensive, took a ton of coordination. A lot of moving while still maintaining range of others and doing your job, tons of different unique elements back before they had been recycled into newer bosses. A time when you actually judged wisdom so people could wand back for mana. lol

7. It is assumed you will be available from 8-12 ST (Server Time is EST) Tuesday through Thursday, during progression we will raid Sunday and Monday as well starting at 8 ST and ending when all encounters are defeated. If you can’t, please explain why you couldn't make our scheduled raid times (or why you even bothered applying):
These times work for my schedule, i may have to leave nightly 10 minutes before raid is done since class convenes at midnight on the dot and there is travel time, but generally speaking I can stay for 98% of every raid, abe said he barely ever goes past midnight so that shouldn't be an issue.
8. Explain what specifically puts you at the top? We raid to be at the top and expect it of all our members. Do you take pride in topping meters, never letting the tank die, never pulling aggro, etc.? What separates you from the rest? Be specific, this will be a major indicator of the kind of player you are:
My best skill isnt topping charts, it's probably staying alive longer than most others and adapting to changes in a fight (i.e. another healer dies, boss gets repositioned, healing assignment change on the fly, preemptively popping cd's at foreshadowed burst dmg to misc raider, keeping myself alive via cd's, etc)
9. Post a screen shot of your UI or a comprehensive list of mods that you use for raiding. ARE YOU A CLICKER?

I click things with 5+minute cd timers.
