Well, he has a point. We have lost potentially good apps because no one acts on them. We make fun of the bad ones and nitpick the good ones, but that's really all. And then when we're two players short for progression content every bithes and says, "We need to recruit more people". But they never actually DO anything about it.

Only purpose apps serve is to inform applicants and the guild of what to expect, most often they don't need a reply, at least publicly on these forums.
I have refined and shortened our app a lot since I first made it like three years ago, but now a days people just need to show up and be a class we need; there is no attunement, there are dozens of PUGs to get geared up in, and the current content is almost eight months old, not to mention WLPH is damn near a sub-realm of Scilla.
I appreciate serious apps and do try and they do deserve a serious response given the time applicants put into them however.

I like how you stopped gemming Reckless Ametrines even though you're below desired haste.
Before you mention the Hyperspeed Accelerator on your gloves -- thats not up 100% of the time so that doesnt put you at desired haste.
Desired haste is ~1200 for affliction warlocks.
I like how you gemmed Reckless Ametrine in your neck for the +5 spell power socket bonus but not in your shoulders for the exact same bonus.
You should probably reconsider which warlocks armory you're copying :lol:
