how many groups are doing this with regularity? can i get in one? does anyone want to form one? me and toto have a variety of geared enough characters that would like to join or make a bane group:
me: plareplane - shad/disc/holy, backlobber - fire/arc, plarebear - bear
toto: coffee - fury/prot, starship - tree
both of us have limited experience on lk h, so there will be wipes, esp if we are tanking

There is one, and I don't know I would classify it as "with regularity". The right comp makes the fight fairly easy, but getting the right people on and on their game is not particularly stressless. On top of that is the fact that there really is no reason to do this fight a second time. The loot is not exceptional and the 2-3 hours it takes to just clear up to LK is generally just wasted time (there might be two pieces of gear that anyone in the group actually needs from the entire instance). So once you've got your title, why go back?
The main group that already finished this will likely start looking to 10man HM RS (at least, that's what I'd like to see). There has been some talk about working on getting this title for some of our alts though. There may be a place for a Disc Priest in that group (as that role is very important), but this fight is not really a good place for an under-geared or under-experienced Tank.
That's just my thoughts though. For the most part, I just show up and try not to suck too much. Cuno is really the one being the leader type person.

I'd be fine with helping other people get their titles. The fight is pretty fun, and I like you and Toto.
I really want to do RS hardmode as well. Fucking gone all week though

The plan is to bring a few more of what we consider the 'core' through this as it shows you how the fight works on 25 man. Group comp is still pretty big so we'd bring you as shadow. IF we do it this week, myndore is coming. I don't see us bringing through more than 2 new people per week.

The girly isn't too crazy about me raiding 5 days out of the week, so I don't think I will be able to do another 40 attempts on 10 man h lk. I don't mind doing it as an alternative to 25 man if we don't have the people on, but I can't devote the majority of my nights to wow.
I appreciate the experience, and downing him in 10 gave me some extra desire to crank out 25 man. <3
If you do it as disc plare- use around rank 12 bubble during phase 1. You can use whatever you want past that, but I used max rank bubble so there would be more wiggle room with defile ticks. Max rank also allows some buffer left over in case it is so crazy that you don't have time to bubble everybody. Use all the spirit/mp5 gear you have, and make macros for hymns/pain sup/need innervate. I hadn't tank healed since uld, so I was a little rusty the first couple attempts and it took some getting used to.

Just here to confirm: I'll gladly help with any bane group any time i'm needed, would like to get it on my mage also, which is geared as much as my pally. Definitely want to get RS heroic down on talith no matter time, day or wipes.

However we need to defeat it and 10 man experience definitely helps with 25 man, if I've never said that before.

25 man also drops desirable loot and, if nothing else, is progression content for our progression oriented guild to work on.
I'm not sure if you're trying to imply that I'm saying 10 man wasn't worth doing. It definitely was. And still is for anyone who hasn't. I'm just saying that once you've done it, there's little incentive to go back. Those of us that grinded this kill have ample experience for the 25-man (I mean seriously, are you going to say that people like myself, Cuno and Dots don't know what to expect from the 25 man phases we haven't seen yet?). So if you don't need any of the gear that drops, what's the point? You could argue that we should be doing it "for the fun of it", but let's be honest, our stalled 25-man progression has sucked all the fun out of this fight and the 10-man version is not really all that difficult once you get the right group makeup together.
On my first kill last week, once we got the right Healers and DPS buffs, we had two sub 18% attempts and then killed it like 3 attempts later. It was disappointingly unfulfilling.
