1. Your age, gender, and time played: 25 ,Male, Total time 24 days ,10 hours ,35 minutes, 43 seconds
2. List any alts and off specs you have gear for AND CAN PLAY COMPETENTLY (your main should be able to respec and play any spec on the fly):Off spec is was Prot which i am mostly geared for. I have went arms to try it out for pvp but can and will go back prot. I have lower lvl toons that i raided with in wotlk/bc but is still 80.

4. WOL, WMO, WWS, etc. links and/or other clear indication of your performance in a raid: haven't recorded logs for cata.
5. A history of your previous guild(s)/server(s), their progression, your rank and responsibilities in the guild, and reason(s) for leaving, also include any references we may contact: I was in Afterlife as an Officer in WOTLK and beginning of cata. Me and some friends (Destro, Scáár) Left because of GM issues. We came Alliance and joined Redemption in which I was an officer also. Guild was scattered alot and never could build a good raiding group and they only wanted 10mans. Followed Scáár and Destro to Simplicite and you know the story between them and that guild. You can contact Miia from Redemption or Scáár and Destropappa to get the lowdown on me.
6. It is assumed you will be available from 8-12 ST (Server Time is EST) Tuesday through Thursday, during progression we will raid Sunday and Monday as well starting at 8 ST and ending when all encounters are defeated. If you can’t, please explain why you couldn't make our scheduled raid times (or why you even bothered applying): I wont have any issues as I just got put on dayshift. When I will have issues is during War Games we have here. Which I will let someone know. (Im in the Military)
7. Post a screen shot of your UI and/or a comprehensive list of mods that you use for raiding?

8. If you have thoroughly answered the following questions and you are confident you are what we are looking for, you have a good chance of being trialed, but we'd like to know why you want to join us? What made you choose us over the other guilds out there? I have seen nothing but good things from guild. Ran a few pugs with some of your guys in BH and also remember your names from my Horde days. I know I'm undergeared for probably 75% of your guild. But I'm not an idiot and can perform raid mechanics. I understand if their is no spot. But I'm good company ;D. Plus I've enjoy looking at the site alot. Especially the vids.

App, specs, enchants/gems, etc. all pass. Your experience blows so if you join us and raid with us I hope you do your homework and come prepared.
