Attendance rant - jackslammer - 04-03-2011
Cari, Doomkin, Fatal, Holymess, Kryn, Lawler, Under, and maybe some others I am forgetting I expected to be on tonight (Sunday April 3rd) and I see no posts or heard any notifications that they couldn't make raid tonight, we said Wednesday we were going to raid Sunday. There are some players that I assume are "on call" like Dots, Furly, Gooken, etc. and am not surprised if they aren't on unless we request we need them earlier or as a last resort, however we can't organize raids and progress if we have twenty or more people thinking they are "on call" and only log on to see if others are logging on to see if we're raiding to see if they are needed to maybe raid.
If you want to progress then show up, if you can't show up, post or tell somebody so we can try and make arrangements, if you want to be in the "on call" group inform us and we need to recruit somebody more reliable and its all good. Most likely the absentees don't even read these forums, but this is as close as I can get to keeping roll. Also if I’m forgetting you have to miss or be late every Sunday, or other certain day of every week, take a chance and remind us now of which days those are. Thanks.

Justt need to show up 3 days a week and we can accomplish everything, which then gets shortened to two once its down.

Do we want to officially make it Monday through Wednesday then? I have no problem doing so, the certainty could save time of those who log on and sit around hoping a raid forms on Sunday evenings.

not if we want to clear all content before 4.2
If we don't mind being stuck @ 9 / 13 HM when 4.2 comes out, then 3 days is fine. We can probably make that then. But as it is, we start raids an hour late, people have to leave before the end of raids, and key ppl miss every other raid due to "unforeseen circumstances" so we really need the 4th day per week to get lucky enough to acquire a solid raid to even pursue progress.
