from now on, everyone must use some type of /say interrupt macro.

Just change 'Pummel' to whatever you use for your cast. You can shift click the spellbook if you cant spell.

Also, feel free to use an addon, you dont have to use the macro above, it was only a good example.

those say macros just spam an area so u cant see whats going on. especially on the fire bird faggot when u are trying to see which way the brush fire is going, having someones spam that they might have actually kicked something cover half of your screen so you cant see where the brush fire is going seems pointless. just have a rotation of kicks and call out any changes on mumble.

You can also turn say chat off so it only shows in your party chat if you're that blind.

Raeli's Spell Alerts (RSA) is the best add-on I've found for announcing shit, but its default settings are a spam-fest so you have to configure it to only display what you want and to what channels.
