Thought he prefers to sit back and let others lead, he is fully capable of doing it himself due to his great understanding of many aspects of the game. He can take humor in stride, and return it in good measure. He doesn't run around with his e-dick hanging out of his dress, and puts the success of the raid over his ego. His display of Avarice is minimal, (Though I'd make the argument that an act of charity is the highest from of greed, this is not the time or place for my rather Marxist ideology) and he's willing to pass on an item, or sit for a boss for the continuing development of the guild. He has the ability to adapt in light of an unforeseen event, a trait that is much too lacking nowadays. I'm honored to have the opportunity to play with a man like Kipp.

you can make fun of him making spread sheets about everything but if have any questions to ask hes usually your man

he takes everything in stride and plays soccer to boot

Knowledgeable, experienced, and an all around good player rather it be PvE or PvP. Never holds back what he wants to say and never directs his comments at specific people because he means well, also has a nice chest.
