Mortal is a going to be a different kind of game for different kinds of people, Aion will not. It will be similar to WoW which is why it will prolly be a big waste of money (I am not saying it will fail, just saying the chances that it will force thousands of relationships that have been held for up to 5 years to move games, is very unlikley). I hope you fools don't think it has the potential to kill WoW or even take 1 million players off the NA servers, although the asian market is up for grabs (I think, due to the difficulties the chinese government is giving blizzard).

Good luck to all of you, but once you figure out Aion is just WoW/guildwars/EQ/othershitgametermbasedgames, then open your mind up to the other MMOs.

If you like happy asian stuff, aion is a waste of money btw, I got into beta of http://www.hellokittyonline.com/us/ was fucking awesome. Hellokity rules.

I think I would be floored if it could capture a global player base of over 5k. But if that kind of thing floats your boat then by all means, enjoy. You're entitled to throw your money away in any fashion you so desire. Lucky for you, you wont be out any montly fees. :lol:

I still don't see what Aion is that WoW is, or has not been. Someone care to enilighten me on what it brings to the table other than wings, asian stuff, giant chests and and other shit that makes me feel like my balls might fall off?

Ya got a point but in the end it will just be the same...They need to come out with some new stuff...term based shit can only be interesting for so long. Doesnt PvE and pointless PvP that has nothing to do with skill what so ever get old after a while? And yes...It is pointless, its taken blizz 5 year to have a game with good PvE and PvP and they still haven't gotten it right.

Seems like no one knows how to run a company and launch a game succesfully cept blizz...Im lookin at u mythic!
