1. Your age, gender, and time played: 21, female, 147 days
2. List any alts and off specs you have gear for AND CAN PLAY COMPETENTLY (your main should be able to respec and play any spec on the fly): I can play balance on my druid, and I also have a level 80 mage with naxx gear.
3. Armory links (mandatory): http://www.wowarmory.com/character-shee ... la&n=Estei
http://www.wowarmory.com/character-shee ... &n=Hypoxia my mage, lolz
4. Any WWS or WMO links or other clear indication of your performance in a raid (recommended): Unfortunately, I haven't played in about 2 months, so I don't have any WWS.
5. We are a raiding guild and are usually in the top 100 guilds in the US; it is expected you have raiding experience and know ALL encounters and hard modes currently in game! In your opinion, what is the most difficult boss encounter you have ever defeated and why?: The most difficult boss I've defeated was pre-nerf M'uru. The fight demanded perfection--everything depended upon perfect timing and execution, and a single mistake meant a wipe. A close second would be pre-nerf Kil'Jaeden, since there was just so much massive damage everywhere and it took a long time to master the dragon and shielding mechanics.
6. Previous guilds/servers and reason for leaving, also include any references we may contact: I transferred to Scilla to join Men's Wearhouse, which I was in until it broke up. Before that, I had experience in another top 50 US guild (at the time), Makaveli, in which we defeated and farmed all Sunwell bosses pre-nerf. I am sure there are still a few people around from Men's Wearhouse that can testify as to my ability.
7. It is assumed you will be available from 8-12 ST (Server Time is EST) Sunday through Thursday. If you can’t, please explain why you couldn't make our scheduled raid times (or why you even bothered applying):
8. Explain what specifically puts you at the top? We raid to be at the top and expect it of all our members. Do you take pride in topping meters, never letting the tank die, never pulling aggro, etc.? What separates you from the rest? Be specific, this will be a major indicator of the kind of player you are: While I realize that you are not currently recruiting resto druids, to put it simply, I am the best I have ever come across. I read theory craft often, and I try to maximize my performance every time I raid. If I make a mistake, I learn from it instead of repeating it over and over. I understand the strengths and weaknesses of my class/spec. The only thing that has held me back in the past is a crappy computer, but just a month ago I purchased a top of the line gaming PC with dual SLI NVIDIA GTX 285 graphics cards.
9. Post a screen shot of your UI (Thumbnail Please) or a comprehensive list of mods that you use for raiding. ARE YOU A CLICKER?\
I use the following mods:

Decursive
BigWigs

10. If you have thoroughly answered the following questions and you are confident you are what we are looking for, you have a good chance of being trialed, but we'd like to know why you want to join us? What made you choose us over the other guilds out there? I would like to get back into raiding again. After MW broke up, I decided to just take a break and focus on my medical school applications. Now that they are all finished, I have more time to dedicate to raiding. I don't want to join some fail guild because I don't have the patience to put up with it, I don't want to server transfer again, and you guys seem a little bit more laid back and fun than Casual.
