My car is making a clicking/clunking/strange noise that picks up speed and or tempo as I accelerate. Noise only exists from zero-30ish. Doesn't always make noise....

Probably a timing chain issue I will check mitchell and alldata right now but nissans are known for oiling problems. Do you use synthetic oil and change it on time?

Is the noise consistent with motor RPM or wheel speed?
Is it rotational?
Also is the MIL on? (Check Engine/Service Engine Soon)

Yes its random...and its only when your under load..like accelerating from a stop light not accelerating when your already up to speed...noise occurs between 0-25 mph. Its not my car its my moms but she had the oil changed recently semi sinthetic oil. Long story will explain when I'm not consulting forums via bb

Hmmm sounds like a transfer case problem, I have changed 10-15 of them on the murano's but haven't dealt with many Armada's. I think it's actually a completely different setup. I don't see anything on Mitchell or Alldata so you're gonna have to take it somewhere, sorry. CVT's are extremely hard to diagnose in person nevermind over a messageboard, you will most likely have to get someone to hook it up to a Consult II (Nissan Scan Tool) to get the readings from the transmission and the transfer case, or actually hear the noise. AWD with a CVT Transmission is a fucked up mess.
