OH YA THIS THREAD. So... .... long story short: No.
All we were waiting on was the funding codes. Everyone here and there said it was a go. We find out a couple days ago: "Umm.. about those funding codes... we gave them to the Arkansas band and we just didn't bother to tell you because we're retards". Turns out someone didn't know the difference between Arkansas and Nebraska and so therefor didn't think to tell anyone that the shit had been changed. So.. Arkansas band was a little smaller and they didn't have to fly them as far, so it was cheaper in the end. Funny story: The people in question were literally in Military Intelligence and didn't know the difference between Nebraska and Arkansas. It's okay tho I think some sergeant was demoted over the whole ordeal.

A shame. The fact that I took any effort to find out Mini's address is wasted.

Zoia Wrote:TSLPuma > oGsMC Haven't been watching recently.. don't even know who this puma fgt is, but I never was a fan of MC. Gz you can 4gate really well.. and not that 4gate was noob or anything, but he really just wasn't as good at anything else. Also, I'm assuming the warpgate change affected his playstyle negatively so that doesn't help MC anyway. No disagreements here even tho I have no idea who puma is

Mini. Is your Dad's name mystery man? And was he in charge of the drones at one point? I was listening to some mystery man on NPR this morning talking about those unmaned drone planes.

I was listening to some mystery man mystery man on NPR this morning talking about those unmaned drone planes. the General was on NPR, yes.....you want my autograph for being his son? Retired Lt. Gen. mystery man mystery man led the U.S. Air Force's drone program from 2006-2010. He says the remotely piloted aircraft have had a significant impact. They've dramatically reduced the amount of time it takes to find a target, watch it, and then if needed, take it out. mystery man says the drones are likely the most precise weapon in the U.S. military's arsenal. "Statistically over 95 percent of all the weapons released by the predator hit exactly what they're aimed for," mystery man says. Those that fall into the other 5 percent, he says, are either caused by "some mechanical malfunction or a last-minute movement of the target location." … mystery man, the former head of the Air Force's drone program, says the Pentagon needs to be thinking about the future. He says that until now, American drones have been allowed to freely roam the skies with no opposition. mystery man says that could change. "To date, we haven't been faced with an adversary that has 10, 20, 100 or 1,000 remotely piloted aircraft that are now commingling with friendly forces. How do you deal with those kinds of air defense situations?" he says. mystery man says military planners need to think of all the new potential scenarios as the popularity of drones continues to soar. |
