I actually really do think WL is as deserving of dkp as the raid.
If there is evidence of a raider being lazy and constantly asking to be sat, then perhaps it could be treated as a one off. That person simply doesn't get their wl dkp at all. Further, if we need someone from the waitlist and they are afk without notice when called upon, they would forfeit their wl dkp. They would be held accountable for being present or announcing that they are taking a hard poo, before they do so. I dont necessarily think people will abuse waitlist dkp and I imagine it would be fairly evident if they were.
It would be nice to have solid, reliable people ready on the WL. People that genuinely want to be there raiding. Those people dedicated enough to log on and be ready even if they arent in raid should be rewarded just the same as those who were privileged enough to be in the raid group. Providing full wl dkp may actually encourage this behavior.
