- 21, Female, 170 days on the hunter and 70 days on my alt paladin.
2. List any alts and off specs you have gear for AND CAN PLAY COMPETENTLY (your main should be able to respec and play any spec on the fly):
- Krynnyth: Offspec Survival, was my primary raiding spec before swapping to Marks.
- Yae: Prot / Holy pally

5. We are a raiding guild and are usually in the top 100 guilds in the US; it is expected you have raiding experience and know ALL encounters and hard modes currently in game! In your opinion, what is the most difficult boss encounter you have ever defeated and why?:
- In my opinion, of the encounters I've -personally- defeated, HM Twins was probably the worst.. Mainly due to the fact that we used the 'stand in the door' strat and I was ones told to stand outside and soak. My role itself wasn't necessarily difficult - it's just that the timing for the healing CDs and guessing which one it would be never seemed to go right the first few times. I'd imagine that the HM encounter for Putricide, Blood Queen, and Sindragosa would be more difficult, though.
6. Previous guilds/servers and reason for leaving, also include any references we may contact:
- I'm currently in <Decerto> of Misha. We have stopped raiding progression as a guild, and it's an amicable departure.. Multiple raiders are looking for a new home. Any of the officer core there can be contacted. Virikae, Murannan, Pars, and Discover are all available.
7. It is assumed you will be available from 8-12 ST (Server Time is EST) Tuesday through Thursday, during progression we will raid Sunday and Monday as well starting at 8 ST and ending when all encounters are defeated. If you can’t, please explain why you couldn't make our scheduled raid times (or why you even bothered applying):
- I can make the times.
8. Explain what specifically puts you at the top? We raid to be at the top and expect it of all our members. Do you take pride in topping meters, never letting the tank die, never pulling aggro, etc.? What separates you from the rest? Be specific, this will be a major indicator of the kind of player you are:
- My raid performance is one of the things I take most seriously in WoW. I'm proud of knowing the intricacies of my class, being tasked with the odd jobs like kiting Blistering Zombies / tranq'ing Shambling Horrors, and I make it a priority to monitor the encounter from a wide perspective in order to try to help out in the case of unexpected circumstances. Well timed Misdirects, add control, knowing the mechanics of boss fights well are mandatory for me. In an effort to understand the rest of my fellow raider's abilities, I read up on their classes in addition to my own, spending hours on EJ / the WoW forums / with spreadsheets trying to learn as much as I can about the raiding scene. My alt paladin contributes to this, as I can learn encounters from the healing and tanking POV, as well. I'm the pally tank that will bubble/cancelaura myself to remove the 9-stack debuff I've got during a 10man Fester fight when the 2nd tank has picked him up and died, just so I don't blow up and we can continue. My raid awareness extends to my hunter, increased by the the fact that I can just 'sit back and watch' at times.
9. Post a screen shot of your UI or a comprehensive list of mods that you use for raiding. ARE YOU A CLICKER?

10. If you have thoroughly answered the following questions and you are confident you are what we are looking for, you have a good chance of being trialed, but we'd like to know why you want to join us? What made you choose us over the other guilds out there?
- I'll admit that I did find your guild from sorting on WoWProgress based on those recruiting for my class. However, I fell in love with your guild's front page. <Decerto> had a fun-loving attitude mixed into their raids, and I'd love to be able to find that again in a new raiding home. The times are good, I have work and school in the morning hours which prevents conflicts, and I want to continue raiding through ICC where I left off.
