That PSU is the same as the TX850 V2 but it is modular and like $15 more, probably worth it since modular PSUs are FTW. The CPU cooler is called Cooler Master Hyper 212 plus it is pretty much that exact CPU cooler without the flashy casing, and will cool just as well if not better. That is a nice ass fully featured motherboard, you probably could go a bit cheaper with like the PRO version which is $209 or the normal version which is $168, since you may be paying for extra features that aren't of any use to you.

As lawler pointed out earlier the 560 (re-branded 460) is not the 560 ti. The 560 ti is an excellent card that is comparable to a 6950, they both are on average 90-110% of each other's performance in benchmarks and both are nearly the same price. Mini will tell you EVGA and nVidia or bust and I'd personally go with 6950s as I'm partial to AMD and Deus Ex coupons are never a bad thing. Two 560 ti or two 6950 are both great options and will fit and power that system flawlessly.
