17, Male, I've been playing for about three years now.
2. List any alts and off specs you have gear for AND CAN PLAY COMPETENTLY (your main should be able to respec and play any spec on the fly):
I have a Fire Mage that I can play competently, as well as an Unholy Death Knight, though they aren't as geared as my druid is. I can play Balance up to par, though I'm not nearly as practiced at it as I am Feral, as well as playing Feral tanking at the same level I can dps.

I realize that this is a parse from LFR Ultraxion and really doesn't say much about my competency, but upon seeing that my previous guilds parses with me in them had expired I decided it would be best if I didn't come completely empty handed. I would have brought more, but the group was particularly bad at not standing in charges, and could not get past Warmaster. If needed I will be more than happy to pug something to provide further logs.
5. A history of your previous guild(s)/server(s), their progression, your rank and responsibilities in the guild, and reason(s) for leaving, also include any references we may contact:
My most recent guild has been my guild for the past year, Echoes Of War of Emerald Dream, and we just recently dissolved after a massive loss to our core team. During my stay with EOW I was a main raider and had no real responsibilities besides showing up on time with my food and flasks, though I often helped with stocking the bank for raids. We were a mildly progressive guild, raiding only two nights a week in a more casual setting, but still getting the job done well enough, going 7/8h before most of the team transferred to Mannoroth.
Both of my references are people from Echoes that raided with me for quite some time.

6. It is assumed you will be available from 7-11 ST (Server Time is Central Time Zone) Tuesday and Wednesday, during progression we will raid Sunday and/or Monday as well starting at 7 ST and ending when all encounters are defeated, if you can’t make these times please explain why you couldn't make our scheduled raid times (or why you even bothered applying):
My schedule is more than open enough for these raid times and I see no problem with making them, sans something akin to a dentists appointment or family gathering.

8. If you have thoroughly answered the following questions and you are confident you are what we are looking for, you have a good chance of being trialed, but we'd like to know why you want to join us? What made you choose us over the other guilds out there?
Well, I originally heard about WLPH through Kiango's tumblr posts a little while ago, and when my guild fell through I discovered exactly how hard it was to find a guild that not only had the attitude I was looking for, but that actually recruited raiders under 18. After about a month of searching, this guild popped into mind, I spent quite a bit of time lurking the forums and trying to get a feel of the community, and when I felt that I could in fact get along well with the guild I decided to toss my name in the hat and apply.
