One point Abe brings up which I feel like alot of people have skipped over is the fun people can have on off-nights on another server. being able to grab a successful group on an alt with a bunch of random people, making new friends and whatnot is actually fun. I really enjoy picking up random rbg groups and pugs even if they're not that great and just fucking around. The players that pvp and play often outside of raids really will enjoy playing on a larger server. At the same time, there are people who only log on to raid that won't get that benefit. It's a tough decision. I'm with Ragette and Alyse in that xferring won't magically solve raid problems, but abe does bring up good points on the benefits of being on a larger and more populated server. Abe tried to do this on the poll, but every individual person needs to think about whether or not they consider transferring worth it and make their opinions known. This isn't an argument that just the officers should be having and making a decision on. The guild needs to come to a consensus if they want to transfer. If half the guild wants to stay, it's stupid to leave, even if it is the correct decision. WLPH isn't the guild name or the tag, it's the people in the guild. As Abe said, it's a family, and a family doesn't move if half the people are against it (generally).
