5. We are a raiding guild and are usually in the top 100 guilds in the US; it is expected you have raiding experience and know ALL encounters and hard modes currently in game! In your opinion, what is the most difficult boss encounter you have ever defeated and why?:

The most difficult boss for me was yogg, not because the fight was hard, but because i couldn't control my anger towards people, my dbm is telling me i wiped to yogg 128 times... on the other hand the hard modes i have completed have a much more level learning cure then HM mim, and 3 tree which i haven't tried or done, old school i killed up to twins in sunwell

8. Explain what specifically puts you at the top? We raid to be at the top and expect it of all our members. Do you take pride in topping meters, never letting the tank die, never pulling aggro, etc.? What separates you from the rest? Be specific, this will be a major indicator of the kind of player you are:

I take pride in beating paladins in effective healing on Rasuvious, but what i can say is im trying to be number 1 all the time, and i don't lose interest very easily and i don't give up

10. If you have thoroughly answered the following questions and you are confident you are what we are looking for, you have a good chance of being trialed, but we'd like to know why you want to join us? What made you choose us over the other guilds out there?

I want to join a good raiding guild with good players, but not such of an instense raiding guild that they raid 6-12, 7 days a week, i also know a few of your raiders, and doing things with your "friends" is alot more fun then a bunch of randoms

Searia is awesome, just want to throw that out there. He's very serious when it comes to raiding, so if you want someone who isn't going to fuck around and run into clouds and fire and void zones, someone who is attentive, and someone who will fess up if he ever does fuck up, grab him! Kick a baddie if you have to!

I like that you have the sense to apply for a raid position even though you're in guild. Kudos to you.

Speaking of your balance side:

The gems in your gear need some adjustment, but fairly minor. Your spec is typical cookie cutter, which is fine. As a tip though, you could easily afford to pull two points out of Moonglow and apply them to a talent that would increase damage. Brambles/Owlkin Frenzy for example.

The only problem as I see it... we are fairly solid on druids right now and I don't know that we have room to give you a dedicated position. I would be interested in at least trying you out in your balance spec, or taking a closer look at the raid reports after one of the pug runs. It is with much dismay that I haven't been able to find a moonkin that can keep up with me consistently. Unfortunately, this may depend on Lorake's intentions with his druid. So again we fall back into the "not sure if we have room for you" category.

Well of course i can switch out a couple points for 50 more dps, but if you look i dont have intensity, OR dreamstate, and i finish 10minute fights fine and 15 minutes fights are real close, and i dont want to respec for 10minute fights for 50 or so dps

Fair enough, but you're at a gear level at which you should generally be able to get by without any regen/reduction talents at all. I wont nitpick by any means, cookie cutter gets the job done with breathing room. As stated it was just a suggestion Clearly no mana=no dps. So if you need the talents, you need the talents. No argument there.
