5. We are a raiding guild and are usually in the top 100 guilds in the US; it is expected you have raiding experience and know ALL encounters and hard modes currently in game! In your opinion, what is the most difficult boss encounter you have ever defeated and why?: I've done Hyjal, AQ40, MC, BWL, EoE, 3drake sarth, Naxx 25, some Ulduar bosses.. and to be honest they're all easy fights because once I learn a fight its quiet easy.. like riding a bike. But the hardest boss i've ever encountered would probably be 3 drake sarth.

6. Previous guilds/servers and reason for leaving, also include any references we may contact: None. I transfered here to PVP with my friend in his guild but he's been MIA.

7. It is assumed you will be available from 8-12 ST (Server Time is EST) Sunday through Thursday. If you can’t, please explain why you couldn't make our scheduled raid times (or why you even bothered applying): I am positive i can make it. However there will be a day or two where I dont get out of class till 6:50 pm so i'' probably be logged on 5min late.

8. Explain what specifically puts you at the top? We raid to be at the top and expect it of all our members. Do you take pride in topping meters, never letting the tank die, never pulling aggro, etc.? What separates you from the rest? Be specific, this will be a major indicator of the kind of player you are: I take raiding seriously but at the same time I dont take it too seriously to where I will yell at people and call out their mistakes. It all depends on my mood I guess if that makes any sense. I do want to strive for #1 on the meters and I do want to be the best I can be so that people can think "damn that shaman's pretty good"

You're well geared in T7.5, but we're on Algalon/0 Keeper. Your resto spec is PvP based. It is fully expected that our caster shaman are capable of showing up with full PvE Resto/Elemental specs and can switch between the two over the course of the raid.

Based on your experience you're getting a NO. While PvE isn't hard, it takes a few mistakes to learn the minute things you do for a fight, and I'd rather not waste our time having you wipe to first learn the normal boss mechanics, then wipe some more as you adjust to hard mode mechanics as well.
