19, male, about 137 days.
2. List any alts and off specs you have gear for AND CAN PLAY COMPETENTLY (your main should be able to respec and play any spec on the fly):
My shamans offspec is resto.
Don't have any alts worth mentioning.

None... they're either way old, or have been deleted.
5. We are a raiding guild and are usually in the top 100 guilds in the US; it is expected you have raiding experience and know ALL encounters and hard modes currently in game! In your opinion, what is the most difficult boss encounter you have ever defeated and why?:
Being a lightning bolt turret with goat legs, there hasn't been one fight that really stands out as being exceptionally difficult compared to the others inside of the same dungeon.
Maybe Kael'thas at lvl 70 because there is so many phases to fight through, or maybe twin emps at 60 because of the switching and all the scarab things, or even possibly Malygos when you enter the vehicle phase because people don't know how to use the drakes. Each fight has its own mechanics that people have to learn, and cope with.
Don't really give much attention to the difficulty of encounters, because blizzard will just bring the nerf stick to all fights that the majority of WoW players haven't killed by a certain date that they thought would have been killed by then.
6. Previous guilds/servers and reason for leaving, also include any references we may contact:
Boss – they disbanded.
7. It is assumed you will be available from 8-12 ST (Server Time is EST) Sunday through Thursday. If you can’t, please explain why you couldn't make our scheduled raid times (or why you even bothered applying):
Yep, can make all the times easily, unless something catastrophic happens. IE: Dog gets hit by a car, or gramma dies.
8. Explain what specifically puts you at the top? We raid to be at the top and expect it of all our members. Do you take pride in topping meters, never letting the tank die, never pulling aggro, etc.? What separates you from the rest? Be specific, this will be a major indicator of the kind of player you are:
I use my flasks, potion of wild magic, eat food buffs, gem properly, move out of void zones.. ect ect... I also like to look at the meters, WWS's and such after raids to see how much time there is between LvB casts, to see if I can improve on that time to increase my DPS.
9. Post a screen shot of your UI (Thumbnail Please) or a comprehensive list of mods that you use for raiding. ARE YOU A CLICKER?
I use DBM, Omen, Recount. Also use Grid, and Decursive if I'm healing, otherwise I dont see a point in having two mods, that are not very useful when not healing take up more screen space.
I bought this really expensive 5600dpi mouse, worse investment ever... I only use to to turn. Real nice smooth turning though, I can spin like 100 times with just a little flick.
10. If you have thoroughly answered the following questions and you are confident you are what we are looking for, you have a good chance of being trialed, but we'd like to know why you want to join us? What made you choose us over the other guilds out there?
I feel like raiding again. No rhyme or reason why I chose this guild over other ones. Giving this game one more shot before I quit and find something else to do with my spare time.
