I'm 21, male, and i have 105 days played

2. List any alts and off specs you have gear for AND CAN PLAY COMPETENTLY (your main should be able to respec and play any spec on the fly):
I have a 80 dk alt, and my druid is geared well for feral.

don't have any recent combat logs..

5. We are a raiding guild and are usually in the top 100 guilds in the US; it is expected you have raiding experience and know ALL encounters and hard modes currently in game! In your opinion, what is the most difficult boss encounter you have ever defeated and why?:
the hardest boss encounter i have ever downed i would have to say my 3d sarth kill with my old guild. there was a lot of players that were basically dead weight and it pulled the group down as a whole and took us alot longer to kill him than it should have.

My previous guild was Self Titled on Mal'Ganis

7. It is assumed you will be available from 8-12 ST (Server Time is EST) Sunday through Thursday. If you can’t, please explain why you couldn't make our scheduled raid times (or why you even bothered applying):
Only reason i would be unable to attend would be the one day a week i have a lab at school

8.Explain what specifically puts you at the top? We raid to be at the top and expect it of all our members. Do you take pride in topping meters, never letting the tank die, never pulling aggro, etc.? What separates you from the rest? Be specific, this will be a major indicator of the kind of player you are:

I take pride in not letting the people i am assigned to heal die, whether it be a tank or just raid healing, i was always fighting for 1st between another resto druid in my old guild and we went back and forth with each other. I read up on my class and know it very well. I am a fast learner and generally learn a fight after an attempt or two. if i have a question about a fight or not know one very well i read up on it and i'll find a video on it. I've had limited experience leading raids and playing different roles i've played in them, whether it be dps or healz.

9. Post a screen shot of your UI (Thumbnail Please) or a comprehensive list of mods that you use for raiding. ARE YOU A CLICKER?
The mods i use for raiding are: recount, omen, dbm, grid, and clique for resto. For feral i use those plus Bad Kitty
and no i am not a clicker

10. If you have thoroughly answered the following questions and you are confident you are what we are looking for, you have a good chance of being trialed, but we'd like to know why you want to join us? What made you choose us over the other guilds out there?

I've always wanted to raid end game content and my previous guild couldn't get serious and get things done, and this guild looks like it has people in it that can get stuff done and I'd like to be a part of that.

We could use a Resto Druid with a solid dps offspec. Hopefully someone will be along shortly to look at your Druid specifics.

I am a little bit concerned about your lack of experience though. You've not killed Yogg on any difficulty and that's a little troublesome given the fact that our main focus right now is Yogg +0. You also haven't done any of the 25-man Hardmodes and only a couple of them on 10-man.

You seem decently geared though. I see you're in Casual - probably as a Friend rank, yes? So you're not saving yourself to 25-man Ulduar. Assuming no one comes along and brings up serious doubts about your spec/gear/etc, I would suggest you sign up for one of our PUG Ulduars to get a bit of experience and show us how well you perform. When you sign up, be sure to note that you're looking for a spot in the guild.

Jackslammer has also mentioned he is quite happy with the current healer line-up and doesn't really have room to squeeze in another.

Unfortunately, we barely have room to provide one of our own guild members a trial let alone a new applicant. Im just not sure we have an opening for another druid at this time. As firecrest mentioned, please feel free to sign up for the pug runs, we're always on the lookout for new talent and greatly appreciate your interest in WLPH!

Yeah, while it is true i have never downed yogg, i have experienced the fight many times and know the aspects of it and how it goes, and as for the hardmodes i have been trying to find groups every week so i can get those done and get some experience with those.

And yes, i am in casual on a friend and family invite and generally only go to their alt 10 mans on my dk. But i will certainly try and sign up for one of your pug runs to show how i perform.

We have a solid healer line up and we're cutting down on hybrids in our raids, so I'd only recruit a druid for a back up position and that would be as resto or balance on days Hitshade and/or Restomuffin can't make raids or will be late.

I believe we have a druid from Redemption looking to raid and I know Breno wouldn't mind raiding on his druid but we like Breno's warrior in our raids for the time being.

I'd say we're solid on all healers and hybrids, and I'd say you'd have a slim chance at a main raid spot Shiftmanager, if you want to fill in once or twice a week as a back up we can talk more.
