5. We are a raiding guild and are usually in the top 100 guilds in the US; it is expected you have raiding experience and know ALL encounters and hard modes currently in game! In your opinion, what is the most difficult boss encounter you have ever defeated and why?: As a Hunter, the most personally difficult, and quite annoying fight that I have completed in the game was Kael'Thas In burning crusade, knowing where you are supposed to be and when was crucial, and the slightest mispositioning could cost your entire raid to wipe.

6. Previous guilds/servers and reason for leaving, also include any references we may contact: Synergy (Malygos) this is my current guild, and I am planning on leaving them because I am prepared to move faster with my progression, the rate at which Synergy moves is just too casual for me. I've been with Synergy for a very long time, the last guild that I was in was VAnilla WoW, the name of the guild being Chronus (Alleria) long since disbanded from what I can remember.

7. It is assumed you will be available from 8-12 ST (Server Time is EST) Sunday through Thursday. If you can’t, please explain why you couldn't make our scheduled raid times (or why you even bothered applying):
The only time I would expect something to come up that would hinder my ability to make raid is if my dad (who has developing lung cancer) gets sick and I need to tak ehim to the hospital.

8. Explain what specifically puts you at the top? We raid to be at the top and expect it of all our members. Do you take pride in topping meters, never letting the tank die, never pulling aggro, etc.? What separates you from the rest? Be specific, this will be a major indicator of the kind of player you are: I have been playing WoW since Vanilla, I know the Hunter's role and how it has changed over the course of the years, as WoW has developed, since more of a tool in Vanilla, all the way through to a top dps class and direct threat generation to tanks. My raid Experience includes: Molten Core, Blackwing Lair, Zul'Gurub, Ruins of Ahn Qiraj, Temple of Ahn Qiraj, A small ammount of Naxxramas (40 man), Karazhan, Gruul's Lair, Magtheridon's Lair, Serpentshrine Cavern, Tempest Keep, Mount Hyjal, Black Temple, and all of Wotlk (except for Algalon kill). I know each fight down to the hunter's job, plus a few tricks to stay alive in some, while there are a few tricks for higher dps in others (IE: stand by a fire make explosive shot better on Hodir ). I push leveling on my hunter with each expansion, 60-70 took me 1 week, 70-80 took me a few days. My dedication to this game was begining to falter with slow progression, but I want to get back into the hardcore, and show off how truly good I am at the game. I can live, I can dps, I can play my class.

10. If you have thoroughly answered the following questions and you are confident you are what we are looking for, you have a good chance of being trialed, but we'd like to know why you want to join us? What made you choose us over the other guilds out there?
I am looking for a guild that has a mind set to be the best, judging from the progression made, and the questions asked on this very recruitment, I feel as if y'all want the best and require teh best, and I want to be a growing part of that.

unless you can take a joke, dont mind being benched for a week or two before you even get invited to the main raid just to be replaced when an usual raider actually logs on id suggest not transferring.

You are under geared for the current hard modes we are working on and you have very little experience with them(at least according to your achievements)

if you want to transfer servers to chill in guild and go to the pug every weekend and "POSSIBLY" get a raiding spot go for it


BTW I AM NOT AN OFFICER AND HAVE LITTLE TO NONE SAY IN WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENS IN THIS GUILD

Since I have started playing one thing that I agree with is that the gear, necesary as it may be, does not always play the largest role, especialy in some of these ahrd modes, whereas in others (like heartbreaker) it's very important, there is not a whole lot left in Ulduar 25 that I can truly say I desperately need, but there are upgrades such as new shoulder's which I am having terrible luck getting.

I choose survival right now because I have a lack of armor pen, when my armor pen gets to a comfortable level, I can and most likely will switchto MM depending on the boss fight, My 80 cat does dps equal to a wolf, I have compared these numbers in raid.

just to pick that statement apart every hard mode in ulduar is a dps race in some form of the word

That is true, and it's why I just tamed a wolf a few days ago that I plan on leveling up quickly
Edit: and yes your right, I do great dps, even though a few pieces of my gear are outdated, at some point I am leaving my current server to go to scilla reguardless so I wouldn't mind getting a chance to prove my statement

i just looked at your WMO. then i looked at our WMO. your 5.5k dps would be last, right above the tanks

Well, the only thing I can really ocme back on with that is, the server I'm on, I have run with the hunters from teh best guilds and out dpsed then by far, my server is horrible. I dont work on my rotations on teh training dummy very constantly, I can't force my dps to get higher, but I can keep working on it until it does
