Two soakers + tanks are soaking too. Soakers are really short range and they are closer to the center than we are. They also do not swap colors to burn ever.

Of course when you see their dps numbers as well, it's a different ballgame.

Also be aware of their movement during the AoEs.

Edit: In All fairness each of their raiders probably had as optimal as they could get gear. We could easily pull their stuff off were we a guild aimed at hardcore behavior as they were in their prep work. There are reasons why they got world 2nd and world 1st and world w/e on these kills. Our gear will match theirs on their first kill probably in like a week or two.
