If forum replies drive somebody away, then we are saving theirs and our own time when they would just be later driven away by guild chat, vent, and other potentially offensive activities. Haze the fuck out of applicants on the forums, if they can't handle it then they don't belong in the guild in the first place.

Regardless Adorelene thumps upped the application the first day it was posted and I talked to Estei the second I saw her log on, neither of you two are healers or CLs anymore so none of this even concerns you. :roll:

WHAR LEWTS PLZ HALp is a fun-time guild whose comments and nature thereof can offend individuals if taken personally, and, although we commit to teamwork and never intend to upset a player, it occasionally happens. We can and most likely will be critical of your performance, your gear, your application, your spec, your voice, your gender, your race, your old guild, etc., so we must say if you are easily offended by harsh criticism and/or obscenities...

but they can't. the replies on applications is just a taste of what may be more to come. how much shit does adorelene get compared to what archlight or even bloodvoid has recieved.

If replies on an application chase players off then it saves class leaders a lot of time and trouble that would be otherwise caused down the road.

To be honest, I could care less. I can be pretty crass myself. But I feel like all of this is irrelevant at this point o.O
