19, male, 56 days on this character. 142 on my Rogue I played through Pre-BC and BC, 50 days on Horde I rolled during BC and probably another 30 across various alts I have deleted because of Redridge Mountains being the worst place to quest ever.

2. List any alts and off specs you have gear for AND CAN PLAY COMPETENTLY (your main should be able to respec and play any spec on the fly):

I don't have any alts I just have old mains/AH bitches.
I have been raiding as FB spec for a while and now that Arcane has changed I tested it the other day and I increase my dps by about 400-500 on the dummies but I have a lot of gear to change to use it effectively, mainly the 6% hit I will no longer need.
And yes I know I am low on haste and dont have much ToC gear, I was trying to save my DKP for some awesome items not expecting our guild to crash like this. And not to mention ToC having hit on everything.

I didn't want to pick a fight like hodir or vezax or something for the crazy numbers or anything so I will just give you a link to the guild calendar thing from the guy that recorded it for us. I should be there for almost any day except for the past few Monday's and Thursday's because of school which I will explain when these questions ask about them.

5. We are a raiding guild and are usually in the top 100 guilds in the US; it is expected you have raiding experience and know ALL encounters and hard modes currently in game! In your opinion, what is the most difficult boss encounter you have ever defeated and why?:

I have raided my whole life in this game, killed everything in Pre-BC except C'thun and only Spider Wing and Noth in 40 Naxx. BC I only did Gruul, Kara and Lurker because of trying to raid with RL friends then rolling Horde and starting from scratch and failing misrebaly. WOTLK I have done everything up to 25 Heroic Faction Champions, this includes all 25 man and 10 man hard modes. Only exceptions are 25 Yogg 0,1,2 light, 25 Algalon, Vezax 25 HM (Was at school for Vezax) and 10 Man Yogg 0 light. Also 25 Sarth 3D.

I have yet to meet a fight I found truly challenging I will keep thinking and post if I come up with something.

6. Previous guilds/servers and reason for leaving, also include any references we may contact:

I am giving you guys the background of all major guilds I have been in for a while even Pre-BC and BC.

Pre-BC - I raided with a guild named Costa on Deathwing till BC came out, started with them on Garr in MC and left when they started deprogressing in 40 Naxx, left to raid with friends but ended up rolling horde and then quitting. (Guild Leader is a paladin named Fate, my name was Sabre and I played a rogue when I raided with them)

BC - I was pretty much guildless or in a non raiding guild till I quit.

WOTLK - I was with a guild named Trauma till it fell apart, joined U N K N O W N and then merged with Nocturnum to form I N V I C T U S. (Darktwig was part of both U N K N O W N and I N V I C T U S and pretty much Leader or Co-leader in both guilds so ask him, Letholas was the priest officer in U N K N O W N and since I dont know what happened to the mage officer you can ask him, Jerrybear is another co-leader of I N V I C T U S but I dont know how long he will log on or be on Deathwing for cause of this guild drama. And Trauma I have lost touch with all members that were an officer or higher)

7. It is assumed you will be available from 8-12 ST (Server Time is EST) Sunday through Thursday. If you can’t, please explain why you couldn't make our scheduled raid times (or why you even bothered applying):

I live in Nevada so I am PST which would make it 5-9 my time which is the same as my previous guild raiding times.
The only days that would be a problem is Monday and Thursday which I have night classes from 6-8:50 both classes rarely go the whole time and the Thursday teacher said he would never go past 7:30 and I will be on right when I get back from class which takes me about 20 minutes. I would also have to leave by 5:40 to make it on time.

I bothered to apply becuase I have had close to this same schedule in other raiding guilds and they all let me stay so I assume that means something about my value. And I do my best to keep officers posted on when I have to leave and such.

8. Explain what specifically puts you at the top? We raid to be at the top and expect it of all our members. Do you take pride in topping meters, never letting the tank die, never pulling aggro, etc.? What separates you from the rest? Be specific, this will be a major indicator of the kind of player you are:

What puts me at the top is that I listen to what I am being told and do my best to execute it. I do take pride in topping meters but I try not to obessess over it. What seperates me from the rest is probably again my listening and that I can learn and adapt to a fight as it progresses. I dont panic when something happens and when something happens that wasnt explained or something I can react to it successfully on my own. And while doing all of this trying my best to maximize my dps.

9. Post a screen shot of your UI (Thumbnail Please) or a comprehensive list of mods that you use for raiding. ARE YOU A CLICKER?

I do click (ZOMG) but just my buffs and other non combat things. Only combat things I click are trinket macros and consumables.

10. If you have thoroughly answered the following questions and you are confident you are what we are looking for, you have a good chance of being trialed, but we'd like to know why you want to join us? What made you choose us over the other guilds out there?

I wanted to join you guys at first because this is where people from I N V I C T U S on Deathwing are going and I would like to raid with them some more. But then I saw your site and it was a lot like my kind of sense of humor. You guys seem like you guys have the same sense of humor I do and I like to raid while joking around on easy shit but then I get serious when I need to. Although I dont have any proof of this, one time I was on a diffrent vent from the raid during yogg and topped the meters while joking around the whole time.

I am kind of tired right now and I have written something and deleted it and rewrote it on here a few times so if something doesnt make sense thats why, I am juts gonna post it then go over it tomorrow.

Now here's Hitshade with the piss:

Going strictly off the few WWS reports I bothered looking at, Im not impressed with the numbers. At all. Even our bad mages tend to bring more dps (or at least equal). We cut their number in raid in order to avoid seeing that kind of damage.

Now, bear in mind that I am a lazy son of a bitch. So when I cruise through six reports to find just two in which you are listed and Im subsequently greeted with 4k, 4.5k... Im not going to look any further. I can understand, perhaps, your reason for linking only the wws page. However, you would do well to find several fights which highlight your ability and post them. Dont count on anyone browsing an entire guilds reports to track you down on the days you happen to be listed.

If I were the mage CL (which, thank the heavens Im not) I would be saying; "If you want to spend $25 to hang with a couple old guild members and warm our bench, be my guest. Just don't count on a raid spot."
