I have full Conq and BiS pre ToC for Tanking since I was a tank before ToC. I have now healing gear which out matches it since I was a healer in the Guild <MoK> I out healed most of them and pulled 4K+ heals per second. For tanking I main tanked in the guild I was in. For Retribution, I have Ulduar 10 and 25 man gear. With it I can easily pull 4-4.5k with just BoM. I have gear for every single spec and am willing to play any spec for a raid spot, since I understand and can do ALL of them.

I wish.. but on a Target Dumby for Ret I pulled 4.5k / And in doing an Onyixa, I pulled 4k+ HPS. From ToC back when I healed I would do 4k+ HPS depending on the fight as well but must recently thats what I can remember.

5. We are a raiding guild and are usually in the top 100 guilds in the US; it is expected you have raiding experience and know ALL encounters and hard modes currently in game! In your opinion, what is the most difficult boss encounter you have ever defeated and why?:
I would say the hardest encounter to defeat is Mimiron, Firefighter. The reason I say this is because, you can't hold peoples hand on it. If someone fucks up everyone will notice and they have no way to say, "I was lagging durrr..." Cause then they SHOULD be replaced because you need the best of best to be in hard mode kills. People have trouble kiting fires or stand in them. Other times they can't see the frost bomb. The fight gets very hectic and people can't have their hand held through it. I find fights similar to this challenging because no matter who you are, you cannot carry 4-5 people if they all die in Phase 1 unless DPS is crazy. But, since this is an awesome guild, I'd expect that and expect no one would die. =) Fights that require EVERYONE to think and not just one person taking a hit are the hardest in my opinion.

6. Previous guilds/servers and reason for leaving, also include any references we may contact:
Server <Argent Dawn>, I was raided with <MoK> because they needed a holy paladin. (Didn't join cause I had good friends in <Hierarchy> and didn't want to leave) I kept raiding with them and was given gear for being better then most of their healers. They eventually found another holy paladin and wanted full guild run which was fine.

7. It is assumed you will be available from 8-12 ST (Server Time is EST) Sunday through Thursday. If you can’t, please explain why you couldn't make our scheduled raid times (or why you even bothered applying):
I can make all those raid times. If I am late, or can't make it. I will post on the forums of inform an officer. If I just don't show up, I will explain myself the next day making it clear why I wasn't there. I also take IRL more then this game so if something IRL important comes up, I am doing it Over WoW.

8. Explain what specifically puts you at the top? We raid to be at the top and expect it of all our members. Do you take pride in topping meters, never letting the tank die, never pulling aggro, etc.? What separates you from the rest? Be specific, this will be a major indicator of the kind of player you are:
I myself, enjoy seeing myself at the top of the meters. I strive to be the best, and make others wish they were as good. However, I understand if others beat me and I better myself to beat them next encounter. I take criticism and work on it. I enjoy having fun, but especially when healing I love seeing myself on the top but know if I am not, I was the person who didn't let the tank die ( Hehe). For DPS I love seeing myself in the top 5, going for first. And for tanking, I love the main tank of a guild I am in is yelling at me to stop taunting when all I did was crush him/her on threat. =) I am very competitive but love having a good time while doing it.

I used DBM / Clique / Recount (Added Recently, tired of asking people what my fucking healing was) / Pally Power / Grid / and ArchBank_Inventory

10. If you have thoroughly answered the following questions and you are confident you are what we are looking for, you have a good chance of being trialed, but we'd like to know why you want to join us? What made you choose us over the other guilds out there?
I enjoy having a good time while I raid. I don't like the raid being quiet unless we are focusing on new content. I want to have a good time while we raid and have laughs and focus when we do a boss. Most guilds are nazi's and have vent on lock down and won't let anyone talk. I also can do a badass Arnold Imperssonation, making me better then everyone automatically. all and All, I wanna get shit done, and have fun while I do it. Being the best it always fun =)

lol well it the app never asked about hardmodes in ToC. I have done Lord J and N- Beasts. I haven't downed Lord J but, for N-Beasts I died and it auto-released me. But I know every hard mode.

Other than that I need some evidence and logs to make a better analysis. We are full on every spec of paladin currently, they all perform well, and always show up, so I'm not actively recruiting another paladin for our man raids.
