I do not have any alts that are raid-able. I can go whatever spec you would like, of course I prefer destro but it doesn't really matter.

--We are a raiding guild and are usually in the top 100 guilds in the US; it is expected you have raiding experience and know ALL encounters and hard modes currently in game! In your opinion, what is the most difficult boss encounter you have ever defeated and why?:
I may not have the achievement for all hard modes but I do know the fights. I love watching boss kill videos, kinda a nerd like that
As for the hardest boss I have ever encountered I would have to say Illidan. It wasn't really difficult but it was definitely the boss kill I felt the best about afterward. The entire reason I even started playing this game and chose to roll a lock was because my roommate had shown me the Illidan boss kill by <Nihilim> and I automatically knew I wanted to do that no matter what. I started playing about 7 months before wrath came out so I tried to level as fast as I could and get geared as quickly as possible so I could tank illidan. And finally when that day came I was like a kid in a candy shop. Not even jk.
--Previous guilds/servers and reason for leaving, also include any references we may contact:
Silent Affliction [Nathrezim]- Left because they were'nt progressing.
Face Palm [Nathrezim]- The guild leader sold his acct and the guild pretty much fell apart from there.
Retribution [Nathrezim]- Ret's progression was at a standstill. Also tbh, I was getting tired of Nath altogether. The server is pretty much dead now.
As for references, I have raided with Rootbear before with Retribution.
--It is assumed you will be available from 8-12 ST (Server Time is EST) Sunday through Thursday. If you can’t, please explain why you couldn't make our scheduled raid times (or why you even bothered applying):
As of right now I can make all raid times. My work schedule could change but it shouldn't any time soon. If I does change I would of course make a post on the forums about the change in availability.
--Explain what specifically puts you at the top? We raid to be at the top and expect it of all our members. Do you take pride in topping meters, never letting the tank die, never pulling aggro, etc.? What separates you from the rest? Be specific, this will be a major indicator of the kind of player you are:
I think anyone takes pride in topping the meters, so I would be lying if I said I didn't care about that. BUT that's not always the most important thing, especially in fights like Faction Champs. I know how to do my job in a raid and know what is expected of me. It's really not that hard to fear/banish, I don't see how anyone could have difficulties with it. I tend to like fights where there is a lot going on [the higher the potential of failing the greater it is when you succeed] I like reading up on bosses ahead of time and watching any videos on the fight so I am more prepared when I get to the actual encounter.
--Post a screen shot of your UI (Thumbnail Please) or a comprehensive list of mods that you use for raiding. ARE YOU A CLICKER?

--If you have thoroughly answered the following questions and you are confident you are what we are looking for, you have a good chance of being trialed, but we'd like to know why you want to join us? What made you choose us over the other guilds out there?
I want to join WLPH because you guys like to joke around and have a good time, while kicking the shit out of bosses. I play this game to have fun and of course, would love to see end game content. After all it is just a game, why not have a little [or a lot of] fun?
