Alternative way to assign penetrating cold healing

This is another method of healing penetrating colds, we may attempt if icons continue to fail us.

Raid frames must be in a 5x5 order and groups sorted vertically!

   
Now I'd just assign order, so I'd assign say Adore to the first, Twig the second, Roj the third, Resto the fourth, and Linh/Aseic the last person.

So, for example;

   
Adore: 1
Twig: 7
Roj: 11
Resto: 14
Linh/Aseic: 17

Would be who would heals which penetrating cold.

All the healers would need to have penetrating cold visible on their raid frames in some form and again 5x5 vertically sorted raid frames!

People who have been on top of it should be closer to the middle like Roj because it might be harder for them to determine the initial target but they seem to have a gameplan on healing that works well.

also horizontal grps work just as well you just have to know its

Figuring out that no mark = repeat mark may have seriously fixed the whole marking addon problem.

Seems to me this would serve to slow reaction time of the healers even further.

Im curious, I caught most of the conversation regarding raid icons.

Someone with assist may want to try DXE for raid marking, just to see if the problem from bigwigs (or whatever mod was throwing out the marks) is persistent. Might be worth trying as an alternative to having healers try and keep track of a grid.

I know someone else threw up a thread about this bossmod. After using it for a while now I can safely say so long as development continues I will never go back to DBM/BigWigs. Dont let the shitty screenshot fool you, this is one seriously badass addon.

Marks take people longer to identify because you gotta identify who is what icon, since the icons aren't always the same 'order'. This is so much simpler and give healers a faster reaction time. Obviously the quicker healers should be closer in the middle, and Roj pretty much nailed them.
