5. We are a raiding guild and are usually in the top 100 guilds in the US; it is expected you have raiding experience and know ALL encounters and hard modes currently in game! In your opinion, what is the most difficult boss encounter you have ever defeated and why?: Most groups Ive gone with to do hardmodes, the peep didnt either 1) read up on the fights, or 2) no symmetry to the coordination of the raid leader. (I make a horrid leader for anything above naxx)

6. Previous guilds/servers and reason for leaving, also include any references we may contact: Previous Server, Smolderthorn. Left-everyone came to Scilla. Previous Guilds: Simplicite, Erobodhe GM. They hate me since i left. Left cause I wanted to get into the harder content and Im a loot whore and impatient person after being promised a spot. I know what its like in a raiding guild, i know i am gonna get passed up here and there. I think, this sounds really selfish and I apologize, but i want harder content. Guild: Blacklist, Komrad. I got the higher content raiding, but when i saw that you guys were recruiting, I jumped on it. Talked to Komrad and explained firstly before accepting the temporary invite.

7. It is assumed you will be available from 8-12 ST (Server Time is EST) Sunday through Thursday. If you can’t, please explain why you couldn't make our scheduled raid times (or why you even bothered applying): Definately.

8. Explain what specifically puts you at the top? We raid to be at the top and expect it of all our members. Do you take pride in topping meters, never letting the tank die, never pulling aggro, etc.? What separates you from the rest? Be specific, this will be a major indicator of the kind of player you are: I think there must be an equalibrium between all these things. Survivability, playing your class, keeping up the tanks, raid and enjoyin the stress of hard content makes a raider thrive. however, I also know, some encounters dont always require you to be at the top, but knowing how to compensate and adjust to situations are more important.

Target frame in Xperl looks misaligned but Xperl does that on its own sometimes when you get DCed. I'd have used Bartender to make some of the button icons smaller, but other than that - what's wrong with it?

It looks a little busy for my personal tastes, but so long as you can see the fire to move out of it and the mess of addons don't fuck up your FPS, who cares?
