Tally System
For each fuck up during a boss fight and for each item you take, you receive a tally. Offspec gear counts as half a tally. Main Specs > Offspecs. If there are multiple people who want an item, the person who has the least amount of tallies will get it, with the tiebreaker being the roll value. This will guarantee the item spread for people who show up to the runs.
