19, Male, 182 days played on Furly, 57 at 80. Between all characters I've probably reached 400ish by now.
2. List any alts and off specs you have gear for AND CAN PLAY COMPETENTLY (your main should be able to respec and play any spec on the fly):
Furly can respec and gear accordingly to any spec.
Raditz, 80 Dwarf DK, I much prefer GoD DW frost spec on m dK, but I don't have the weapons for it. He's been 80 for 22 fucking hours, but I've already pretty much aquainted myself with all specs/playstyles. My deviation from 2/3 BCB to 1/3 BCB was a matter of preference.

Much like Sanderz, I find myself in a position where all the wws of my raids have expired, not that they would give any indication as to my dps today since they'd all be from our Nax and early Ulduar runs.
5. We are a raiding guild and are usually in the top 100 guilds in the US; it is expected you have raiding experience and know ALL encounters and hard modes currently in game! In your opinion, what is the most difficult boss encounter you have ever defeated and why?:
I of course know all of the fight mechanics. As for the most difficult boss I've downed, I would have to say the most rewarding kill was Vashj with Liquid, simply because it was incredible seeing a bunch of players who didn't know ho to play the game learn to communicate well enough to the point where visible progress was consistently being made, and it made the kill satisfying.
In terms of most difficult, that's something that has to be judged by your particular role, and as a mage there's really nothing horribly difficult required from any fight. As such I'd have to refer back to that same Vashj, since our warlocks were a little special I kited as a mage, and we almost always had two striders up so I'd run around with both of them following me.
6. Previous guilds/servers and reason for leaving, also include any references we may contact:
Vanilla: I played a Tauren Shaman on Bleeding Hollow
- Un Deux Trois - First serious raiding guild, broke apart after huge guild-drama
-Gankers Inc.- Stayed with this guild from BWL all the way up to being unable to do Horsemen because of tanks quitting, and replacement's difficult to find and gear. Quit game when B.C. came out.
Burning Crusade: Started playing Furly on Nath to play with friends
-Liquid- A rl friend of mine, Saergas, who I played with on Bleeding Hollow, had me join Liquid on my mage. Stayed with liquid (mage cl after a few months) up until our first Kael kill and Hyjal runs, then had to leave the game once again. I came back as they were midway through BT, working on Bloodboil, for about a week before the guild deteriorated and the members scattered.
-Retribution - Following Liquid's break-up I joined retribution for a while, but their raid times were 10-4 Nath time, 2-6AM my time, and I couldn't last that way.
-WLPH - Abe randomly invited me for no reason at all one day, and I basically just hung-around not caring about raiding until you needed me and I started doing BT/Hyjal/SP runs for the hell of it. Quit the game again right before patch 2.LOLCASUAL and came back like a month or so after Wrath came out. Leveled, started raiding again, and then promptly quit the game again after our first Yogg kill. And now I'm back, with a good computer, with a clear schedule and no more need to leave the game in the near future.
7. It is assumed you will be available from 8-12 ST (Server Time is EST) Sunday through Thursday. If you can’t, please explain why you couldn't make our scheduled raid times (or why you even bothered applying):
The reason I held this off is because I wouldn't be able to until after this week, but
starting this Friday I'm set.
8. Explain what specifically puts you at the top? We raid to be at the top and expect it of all our members. Do you take pride in topping meters, never letting the tank die, never pulling aggro, etc.? What separates you from the rest? Be specific, this will be a major indicator of the kind of player you are:
Striving to do the best dps, optimizing, doing w/e job you need to do, people list these things and say that makes them exceptional. No, that makes them functional. I have a genuine love for this game and all of its aspects, and as such I find enjoyment even on heavy progression wiping, and what this prevents is me getting frustrated and losing my edge because of it. I always do what I can to help other players as well, simply because this game is nothing without the people you play with (Incredible how many people don't realize that). Regarding my mage however, I'll match my knowledge and amstery of the class against anyones. I had to work out the rust these past few weeks and adjust to being able to actually have more than 3fps in a raid, and the results have been incredible. The mage class, with our long casts, require among the highest adaptation, decision-making, and intuition of any class out there, and it's very easy to be an average mage, but difficult to be a great mage.
Also I Furlycraft. In truth though, I don't spend hours number-crunching as people think, but I do enough napkin math and intuitive calculation to provide an accurate opinion on any stat-weight for any spec in differing gear availabilities and sets.
9. Post a screen shot of your UI or a comprehensive list of mods that you use for raiding. ARE YOU A CLICKER?

10. If you have thoroughly answered the following questions and you are confident you are what we are looking for, you have a good chance of being trialed, but we'd like to know why you want to join us? What made you choose us over the other guilds out there?
I've been with WLPH for a long time, and it's to the point where I've adjsuted to the point where I'd feel awkward in another guild. The people, and general attitude is something I've become accustomed to. I'm not gonna explain what makes WLPH a unique and strong guild, because Abec has Mia to stroke his cock now.
