5. We are a raiding guild and are usually in the top 100 guilds in the US; it is expected you have raiding experience and know ALL encounters and hard modes currently in game! In your opinion, what is the most difficult boss encounter you have ever defeated and why?:

Most difficult encounter I did was Kael in tk before they nerfed his hp and lady Vashj at the beginning of BC. I found those encounters the hardest because they required full raid coordination to complete sucessfully (ex. throwing orbs on vashj and splitting the raid to fight the various subbosses on KT), rather than just requiring the heals to spam heals the dps to push their attack keys and turn off their brains.

8. Explain what specifically puts you at the top? We raid to be at the top and expect it of all our members. Do you take pride in topping meters, never letting the tank die, never pulling aggro, etc.? What separates you from the rest? Be specific, this will be a major indicator of the kind of player you are:

I've been a dps warrior since six months after the game launched and aside from a gap when BT/Sunwell came out I have been playing the game non-stop since then. I love playing a dps warrior and really strive to do my best at it, I usually lead the pack in dps atm or I come close, I always come prepared to raids both in terms of flasks etc and raid strats. I'm a really laid back guy that can follow directions during raids, come fully prepared and I love to stay overtime. I like my class, a lot, I'm always looking at the math-stuff(theorycrafting) and striving to play better.

Second best alliance guild on server. I cry at night when I don't talk to abec.

In my brief tenure with wlph I never missed a raid, showed up with full knowledge for every encounter, always brought proper consumables and never wasted any of the raid's time with major fuck ups. There were a couple of members at that time that you couldn't say the same for. If I show up and do my job well I expect others to do the same, that wasn't happening so I looked for a better deal and found one. It seems like most people would have done the same thing in my position.

There were a couple of members at that time that you couldn't say the same for. I remember the situation. You didnt come to abec or anyone else with a problem you just jumped off the boat at the first sign of smoke instead of staying and trying to put out the fire, you can see how leaving without a fucking word kind of rubs us the wrong way.

we've had people that have left for better guilds only to come back, clam and thorran, but they at least told us what was going on.

I like you Slurms, but the fact of the matter remains, you just left without saying much of anything. In fact, the only reason we knew you were leaving was I found your post on the Casual recruitment forums. I understand your reasoning for leaving, but you really should have handled it better on our end and approached us instead of letting me find out through discovery. You do your job right and you're a good player, but you're asking us to take a risk on you again, and currently we're not in a bad situation in terms of overall raider attendance.

Unless Abe says otherwise, I'm gonna have to give it a no brah. Abe's the CL of wars though so not my call.
