My drood has an off spec tank set as well as i have a main spec Holy Paladin (Yourichii) (2300+SP,26k mana) which has a ret set also.

I raided with Amarastine (warlock in ur guild) on my Paladin and Druid a bunch of times and would agree that i have op healz.

5. We are a raiding guild and are usually in the top 100 guilds in the US; it is expected you have raiding experience and know ALL encounters and hard modes currently in game! In your opinion, what is the most difficult boss encounter you have ever defeated and why?:
Illidan was a pain because it was hard for the whole raid to play their roll.

6. Previous guilds/servers and reason for leaving, also include any references we may contact:
I was on Vek'nilash for a while because i had rl friends on the server. They werent serious enough so i xfered here to Scill where i joined Nemesis but they just arent progressing the way id like. Talk to Amarastine or Bastilla for references.

8. Explain what specifically puts you at the top? We raid to be at the top and expect it of all our members. Do you take pride in topping meters, never letting the tank die, never pulling aggro, etc.? What separates you from the rest? Be specific, this will be a major indicator of the kind of player you are:
Ive been healing for a long time and very experienced. I come flasked rdy to go and make it a point to know my roll before the raid starts and get the fights down if i dont know them. I can either raid or tank heal even tho i prefer raid healz and never go oom.

I ran with a bunch of stuff with you guys and you all seem to have a great sense of humor and enjoy having a good time while still taking shit serious. Its all about having a good time whiel getting your shit done

I dont believe we're in the market for a resto druid atm. Do you happen to have a Balance set? We are in need of another moonkin for backup/rotation as I am unable to grace the raid with my splendorous feathered ass 100% of the time.

These are all minor things that can be fixed fairly quickly but this is an endgame raiding guild, those things should have been attended to before you applied to this guild. Like I said they can be fixed rather quickly, but if you didn't think it was necessary to do so before applying makes me question if you are really ready for an endgame guild.
Either way I don't have much say on who gets a raid spot or not but thats just my 2 cents.
