Had you made the indication that you put forth any effort into your character or application I would have seen fit to show you where it is you have gone wrong regarding your speccing and itemization. As it stands, you've not given any hint that you have the necessary dedication to a serious raiding guild. Aside from not researching how to itemize correctly, you have green gems, missing/poor enchants, and filled out an application that was, for lack of a better word, abysmal. Your gear is also subpar, and during progression with ICC, it's not the time to gear out players, especially ones that don't give the indication that they're worth the time and effot.

Mage dps is highly fluctuating between skilled and unskilled players, and with us, more than any other classes, the smallest changes make the largest difference, and you've shown that you do not understand those small adjustments. Perhaps you can top charts where you raid, but you'll find yourself dumbfounded by how outclassed you are against any top tier mage, or even an average one like Rego or Bri.

Research your class more, and also, research the guilds that you app to before you choose to submit.

Sorry weemin, you're undergeared and underachieved for us at the moment. We only take people the min/max their current gear, if you cant gem/enchant with best in slot regardless of weapon thats a huge no no here in step one.

It is required you use the best gems and get the best enchants on your gear; endgame raiders should not have any cheap gems, cheap or no enchants, and/or incorrect stats for your class. If you can’t take the time to buy a top quality gem or research what stats you should use, then you don’t belong raiding endgame.
