I have a few that I have posted for blacklist's raids, some are fucked up because I would forget to run WoL until halfway through the instance/fight.

5. We are a raiding guild and are usually in the top 100 guilds in the US; it is expected you have raiding experience and know ALL encounters and hard modes currently in game! In your opinion, what is the most difficult boss encounter you have ever defeated and why?:
I'll be honest, I haven't done Alg at all, nor any of the new ICC wing (Plagueworks). However, the most difficult boss I have encountered is Kael (prenerf) that fight requires a silly amount of coordination, as it is all three types of fights in one (control, gimmick, dps burn) and some phases had that everything combined. Getting thrown into the air for the first time thinking, "hell yeah, we made it" was a good feeling after working on that fight for so long as we did. But then proceeding to wipe due to everyone thinking this. (Note: due to problem of other people standing in fires, I only have experience with the 10-man versions of hardmodes)
6. Previous guilds/servers and reason for leaving, also include any references we may contact:
Old server (BC) Soldiers of Light (Thunderlord)
Scilla- Blacklist is the only true "raiding guild" I've been in. I know Thirdimpact from him having his alt there.
7. It is assumed you will be available from 8-12 ST (Server Time is EST) Tuesday through Thursday, during progression we will raid Sunday and Monday as well starting at 8 ST and ending when all encounters are defeated. If you can’t, please explain why you couldn't make our scheduled raid times (or why you even bothered applying):
I can make those times, however going over 12 will be a stretch. I have to leave for work at 7am, so if I were to stay past, it would have to be worth my time (eg several 5% wipes on a progression boss).
8. Explain what specifically puts you at the top? We raid to be at the top and expect it of all our members. Do you take pride in topping meters, never letting the tank die, never pulling aggro, etc.? What separates you from the rest? Be specific, this will be a major indicator of the kind of player you are:
Well I do like topping meters as does every dps/healer/tank (yes, it's fun out dpsing shitty dps as a tank and then telling them about it), I understand that it isn't ALL about dps. If an add needs to be killed (Saurfang for example) you NEED TO KILL THE ADD and say fuck your personal DPS. I also really like to find little tricks in each fight to boost dps (ideal times to pop trinket/pots, etc), which also denotes that I spend exhaustive time researching an encounter and every minor class change that may come along. Additionally, I understand how raid mechanics work. I am more than willing to be the replenishment bitch or SP bitch for the betterment of the raid and not bitch about it. Finally, I am one of those people that says that they will be there, THEY WILL BE THERE, and if I'm not I will give a heads up with plenty of time to find a replacement. (and other generic "I'M GUD PICK ME" SHIT HERE)
9. Post a screen shot of your UI or a comprehensive list of mods that you use for raiding. ARE YOU A CLICKER?
I have most everything keybound, but I will click things like create healthstones and the lesser used skills that I still have on my hotbars. I use OMEN, DBM, DOT timers, Grid (with grid addons), Recount (with guessed absorbs)

10. If you have thoroughly answered the following questions and you are confident you are what we are looking for, you have a good chance of being trialed, but we'd like to know why you want to join us? What made you choose us over the other guilds out there?
I already have my priest in here as friends rank and I thoroughly enjoy it. I enjoy everyone's humor. but also the tenacity when getting shit done. People actually have some inner-motivation to do things because they WANT to, rather than being FORCED to.

Warlocks just do shit dps atm in comparison to bringing another rogue or mage. Really only need one to provide summons, hs, ss, isb and dp. That said, we currently try to bring two warlocks and the other can't make Wednesdays. Also, Blizzard announced warlock pve dmg is too low and they're looking into it... they've already slightly nerfed the evil rogues in the latest hotfix.. so who knows? Everything else looks pretty solid about you.. if things change you'd get my vote.
