Anub 25H - http://www.wowmeteronline.com/combat/11140698#damageout - I was pursued during our only ground phase(we push one phase) so I missed a set of adds to DPS, and we don't use command on adds because we focus single-target DPS before phase three, including following the boss when he's pulled away from the adds before a ground phase.
Marrowgar 25 - http://www.wowmeteronline.com/combat/10923711#damageout - we were getting boned, and Bloodhoof has fucked up lag issues on tuesday. Look it up if you want.

5. We are a raiding guild and are usually in the top 100 guilds in the US; it is expected you have raiding experience and know ALL encounters and hard modes currently in game! In your opinion, what is the most difficult boss encounter you have ever defeated and why?:
As a tank, Freya 3 trees 10 man because I would single tank it. I would say this was really hard, because it wasn't, but it required the most attention.
As a DPS, Firefighter 25 man. Although I wasn't there for the kill due to a dorm meeting, I was there for every progression attempt. It was the most "difficult" because you couldn't really afford any deaths going into phase four, and a month or so of progression proved that to be difficult for some people.
6. Previous guilds/servers and reason for leaving, also include any references we may contact:
YARG(Rexxar) - Eldain, Yala, Graff, Skorpion(broken english but I love him), Rukia.
Edge of Insanity(Bloodhoof) - Dulcelena(left guild, but her and I ran a ten man along with raiding 25 man so she knows my abilities best), Heb.

It is assumed you will be available from 8-12 ST (Server Time is EST) Tuesday through Thursday, during progression we will raid Sunday and Monday as well starting at 8 ST and ending when all encounters are defeated. I'm in college for Chemical Engineering, so I've got a busy schedule. I would be late to Wednesday raids due to a physics lab, however that is something I am still tweaking with. If all else fails, I'd be half an hour late that day. I would have no problem making your Sunday and Monday progression dates.
8. Explain what specifically puts you at the top? We raid to be at the top and expect it of all our members. Do you take pride in topping meters, never letting the tank die, never pulling aggro, etc.? What separates you from the rest? Be specific, this will be a major indicator of the kind of player you are:
What puts me at the top? I'm not retarded. As bland as that statement may seem, it's something most people can't bring to the table. "I was fine and then I died, FUCK" is something you'll never hear out of me. I mean, everybody screws up at some point and I'm guilty of that but during progression fights I'll usually be one of the last people alive while still competing on the meters.
I take pride in topping the meters when I can, but that's not my real goal. If sacrificing a few DPS for a kill or a certain guild's goal(nerd points) then that's fine with me. I usually don't pull aggro, although there are some instances where that has happened. If it's my fault I'll admit to it, but if the tank sucks then I'll tell him that too. I don't think the second part will be the case though.
What separates me from the rest as a person is I may enjoy playing this game but I'm not the type who has pictures of his character all over forum signatures, fapping my tiny pecker to a new critical Crusader Strike record. I can also separate real life from WoW, and I'm likely to divert "warcraft humor" to "real humor" because it just plain feels retarded making jokes about internet characters. My "Hammer of Wrath" MSBT warning is "Kitten Mittens". I'm pretty fucking sexy irl. I do believe it's butter. you get the picture. Blah blah blah, I've got a charismatic personality without being a douchebag, yadda yadda yadda.
What separates me from the rest as a player is I'm more competent than 95 percent of the WoW community. In my current guild, EOI, I was invited to the main raid from day three(specifically) and have maintained that position. I theorycraft a lot and like to think I know retribution in and out. I keybind, so seeing shit on the floor is easy. My MSBT is configured to scroll on the sides away from the middle of my screen, and smaller text so I'm more focused on positioning than yellow numbers. Etc. Basically, I play smart and I think I'm pretty decent at it.

I don't click. I have a few bars faded out for macros, engineering abilties, mounts, etc that aren't really crucial for raiding. They're keybound as well.

- You seem like cool people. Although I'm not prone to spam "NIGGER JEW CUNT FUCK SHIT DICK NIGGER JEW CUNT FUCK SHIT DICK" on trade on my own, I'm not adverse to doing so. This game isn't a fucking job, so you might as well have fun playing it. You seem to do that just fine.
- You're successful. Although the game isn't a job, I want to be successful playing it. My current guild gets it done, but they're not doing it the right way for me.
- You have "Shut Up Woman Get on my Horse" on your website.
- You don't raid for obscenely long hours.
