Yea, our group is not connected at all. Our initial group had:

Assuming Letho healing instead of dps which is what he is on fights that matter, and Zoia tanking. This is assuming Hitshade was there:

Innervate for Healers
Unholy Dk for EP
Destro lock for Replen
Boomkin for Crit Buff
Boomkin for Hit debuff
Boomkin for Haste Buff
Boomkin for Brez
Warrior for Sunders/shouts
Combat Rogue for 4% Debuff
Arcane mage for 3% damage
1 Paladin Buff
1 set of totems, Flametounge, WoA, and w/e Darktwig uses for earth and water

Our current group has, and the one done last night:

Unholy DK for EP
Lock for Replen
Fury Warrior for melee Crit
Arcane mage for 3% damage
Warrior for Sunders/shouts

If you're gonna change the groups, have aragon tank with zoia in the third group, and give us like Comal as Boomkin, or Thirimpact as DPS.
Comal would give us the same things Tyrul did, and Thirdimpact would give us:

3% crit Debuff on boss fro ToW
5% caster Crit
ToW 280 sp
Since we have 2 shamans one could drop windfury for 16% melee haste for cuno/gemg. Since we only have 1 paladin, we can now have a healing stream in additon to mana spring

If you want my 2 cents, which I KNOW YOU DO:

Shuffling the groups serves very little purpose imho, other than to beat around the bush and avoid saying outright, that there will only really be two groups going forward. If these 10m groups are not held on a set raid night at a time we would normally be expected to raid there will always be attendance problems. This does nothing other than slap a band-aid on an ongoing issue and ensure that there will be a handful of main raiders who will not get a good, or worthwhile 10m experience.

If its mandatory, then MAKE it mandatory and hold the groups on a regular raid night. Award dkp as usual. If its not mandatory then no one should be awarded DKP because there WILL be people left out inadvertently (or otherwise). The idea of running organized 10m groups, rewarded with dkp was an novel idea. But as far as Im concerned, it created far more headaches than it was worth.

I completely agree with Hitshade, and no DKP has been awarded for these 10 mans and no set night was ever clarified to run these 10 mans. I shuffled the groups up mostly because of complaints about attendance and frustration with synergy.

It has nothing to do with DKP. It has to do with the fact we all said we'd go in and kill LK Monday night and instead went in there and sucked it up because, as usual, we were forced to run a sub par comp to make up for people who said they'd be there and then never showed.

If we could raid with Gemg group as it existed on paper, that would be great. It would be damn near perfect for that matter. But we can't. Gemg group has never run two weeks back to back with the same people or even managed to raid twice in the same week with the same group. That shit's terrible.

Abe didn't have any say in this whatsoever. Trying to say so is pretty insulting, Crazy. If I were Abe, I'd be pissed as hell at you right now. Jack reorganized in response to the justified bitching that two groups were clearly sub par and that some players don't take 10 mans as seriously as others. And I wholly agree. Maybe not entirely with the chosen comps, but something definitely needed to be done. I'm pissed off that we didn't kill LK this week. It's dumb. And made especially so by the fact that it had nothing to do with skill. My 10 man progress has been continually hampered by people who make commitments and then don't follow through on them. Give me 10 people who will be there when they said they would and we'll kill shit. In my mind, this is why Bosshole is able to do so much better. It has nothing to do with their comp. They have off specs and shit galore in there and they make it work because they're there and they're putting in attempts with their core group week after week.

If "Tentative" rubs you wrong, we can just call it "Dedicated" and "Casual". Nothing at all is wrong with not valuing 10 mans. Some people don't want to raid that much, or don't care or whatever. That's fine. What's not fine is that attitude affecting people who do care.
