have both Tank and DPS gear sets
able to make 99.9% raid attendance whatever day or night or early morning when it's scheduled
have a working phone and email contact information that is always on and near me

I prefer not to wait till the last minute (last days) to do content and wil not leave before set content is done.

Late Night Group

After raids most nights. Expect several hours early in the week (i.e. 2 a.m. isn't going to cut it).

The following 8 are people who can make it nearly every time (Gemg missed this week, but I'm assuming it's going to be like before) after raid for several hours. The last 2 slots need to be someone who can make it for the week and don't have scheduling conflicts (i.e. needing to sleep shortly after raid). Dedicated people would be nice.

Goku - Tank
Humiliation - Tank
Crucible - Heals
Darktwig - Heals
Letholas - Dps / heals
Cuno - Dps
Clam - Dps
Gemg - Dps
Random Ranged
Random Ranged

Possible Fills- Dangerice, Furly, Hitshade, Squirrel

Personally I don't have a huge problem with taking up 14 people for one run and mixing / matching the last 2 slots depending on who can make it until we end up with a dedicated team. The point is that we have important roles filled and have a few solid ranged dps who can sometimes make it (Dangerice might become a permanent if it turns out he has no scheduling conflicts).
