5) We are a raiding guild and are usually in the top 100 guilds in the US; it is expected you have raiding experience and know ALL encounters and hard modes currently in game! In your opinion, what is the most difficult boss encounter you have ever defeated and why?:

The most intensive pve content from my experience for my role would be pre-nerfed Muru in SWP.>.< I was the only main healer on the MT with a priest randomly off healing in the whole fight. The timing of every cd and potions needs to be extremely accurated. I had to be very cautious about my mana pool (sometimes my heal just would not crit!@@)It was a challenging fight for me to also avoid possibly glitch that may happened.

6) Previous guilds/servers and reason for leaving, also include any references we may contact:

I had been in Exo(Smolderthorn/Scilla) for about 2 1/2 years. It was the topest alliance guild on the Smolderthorn . The guild resigned to raid after we killed Muru and many core raiders left and xfer'ed off. Then the guild transfered to Scilla about a year ago and started to raid casually with some old friends plus some new members. I took a summer break back home and reactivated my acct to raid with them occasionally around 2 months ago and whenever they need me to help til now. Aside from that, I joined Murloc Patrol(disbanded) for a short period when I first newly transfered to this server.

7) It is assumed you will be available from 8-12 ST (Server Time is EST) Tuesday through Thursday, during progression we will raid Sunday and Monday as well starting at 8 ST and ending when all encounters are defeated. If you can’t, please explain why you couldn't make our scheduled raid times (or why you even bothered applying):

I am able to attend raidings in weekdays unless there is a skool exam/class meeting which I normally know ahead of time.

8) Explain what specifically puts you at the top? We raid to be at the top and expect it of all our members. Do you take pride in topping meters, never letting the tank die, never pulling aggro, etc.? What separates you from the rest? Be specific, this will be a major indicator of the kind of player you are:

Topping the meter is not my first priority. My job is to do my best not letting my assigned tank/tanks die until the fight is finished and co-ordinate with other raiders smoothly.

9) Post a screen shot of your UI or a comprehensive list of mods that you use for raiding. ARE YOU A CLICKER?

umm.... I play this game in the blizzard's standard mode. UI and mods are not installed. Knowing the boss fight, paying attention and vent are my guardian.

10) If you have thoroughly answered the following questions and you are confident you are what we are looking for, you have a good chance of being trialed, but we'd like to know why you want to join us? What made you choose us over the other guilds out there?

WLPH seems to be a solid and interesting progressing guild on the server.

We are full on Holy Pallies. If that's all you care about, feel free to stop here. The rest of this is just a list of the things you're doing wrong.

Your spec is wrong. Even after the changes, DS/DG is still vastly superior to more Crit. Crit is tied with SP as one of our least desired stats and Raid Wall can be used on 2 min CD now instead of waiting 5 min for Bubble.

Even if Holy/Ret was right, you still did it wrong. You didn't get PoJ or Imp LoH despite the fact that both are better than Divinity. Like 50-70% of that talent will end up wasted on overhealing. However, decreasing damage taken by the tank or getting where you need to be is priceless. Barring that, you didn't even go all the way down the Ret tree to get the full amount of Crit. All your secondary tree got you was 5% Crit and a couple points in Benediction since a few can be taken there when you go Holy/Prot. Maybe Heart of the Crusader if your raid wasn't getting it from somewhere else.

Your glyph choices are terrible. Seal of Wisdom is pretty much mandatory in a HL build (which I think you're doing - more on that later). And Plea is a Tank glyph. lol

Your gems are... I don't even know. If you're a HL Pally, gem Int. If you're a FoL Pally, gem SP. There's no reason ever to do both or really to gem anything else. You're using a FoL Libram, but you gemmed Haste well over the FoL Cap. So, really, I'm not sure what you're up to.

Run speed increase is better than 7 measly MP5 on your boots and SP/MP5 is better than SP/Crit on your helm and shoulders.

Really should have bought the Tier 10 Helm before the cloak. The cloak is poorly itemized while the tier pieces will remain BiS when upgraded.

Your progression is lackluster but not terrible, so you're either being carried through easy content because you're a girl or are actually a good healer despite many self imposed limitations (lol - default raidframes). Honestly, given the emphasis you gave on your gender and the cutesy wording you put in your app, I'm inclined to believe the former.

Thank you for your sincere advise, Crucible. I will take your's as a references.

Rolling is the loot system in the raid that I've attended in WotLK. I initally picked up the cloak because I was wearing a 10 normal Naxx one, it was the biggest upgrade for me. I have gems and mats prepared in my bank for regemming as what u refered to and I know that my talent on me now is not for raiding since I use this and my another spec for pvp'ing with my friends for fun. And now I am working on my pve set pieces. I apologize that I didn't rebuild my full pve raiding spec and gems /glyphs etc before I threw my application. My progession in WotLK has been slowed down due to my heavy school work last year. And now I am trying to back in the game on the right track.

It is impossible to carry one or get carried on the first boss kill in any new contents when you were the MH on the MT and especially when your guild was trying to competing with the world ranking. I got criticized whenever I make mistakes. I try to minimize all the bad moves in raid becuase I dont like ruining other 24 player's resources and time. Indeed, you are my first guild I applied to asking about gender. If any of my txting deceiving you that I am emphasising my gender. Once again I apologize on my bad typing habbit.


Hitshade: To answer your doubtings. I do not buy any account. This is my first toon on this game. I was in a dead server which hardly have a guild to run BWL. Initally I wanted to get the mount (rank 11), then decided to finish up to rank 14 before I transferred to Smoltheron.
