1. Your age, gender, and time played:
I am 18 years old, male, and currently have about 44 days played on this toon. I raided on a different warrior from November 2008 to May 2009 and had 50-60ish days played on him (Calimbo of Turalyon on the Armory).
2. List any alts and off specs you have gear for AND CAN PLAY COMPETENTLY:
At this point I don't have any alts because I put all of my time and effort into one toon. I have decent gear for Prot (Gear with 226-245 Item Level) and have played as Prot only in some heroics. I have never raided as Prot but heroics were stupid easy to tank as so I would assume I'd have no problem tanking in raids If I was needed to tank.

4. Any WWS or WMO links or other clear indication of your performance in a raid:
I do not have any recent parses of my DPS. The officer in my current guild that runs the parses is moving and hasn't been raiding with us during the past month or so. I think he will be back within a week or two. However, I will take a few screen shots of Recount in ICC this tuesday and post the pictures in this thread.
Just to show I know how to DPS, this past tuesday I did about 9.5k DPS on 25m Festergut with my current gear (The only exception is I used Belt of the Impaler instead of my current Vengeful Noose).
5. In your opinion, what is the most difficult boss encounter you have ever defeated and why?:
As a DPS role, I personally don't think I've done any boss encounters that I consider difficult. To break it down, I started raiding back when 25m Naxxramas, Eye of Eternity, and OS+3 were the hardest encounters. The guild I raided with for the majority of my early raiding career had all of these encounters on farm except OS+3 (We did OS+2 instead). I did not think OS+3 was a hard fight at all, but like always with a mediocre guild, baddies get hit by the flame wall or the void zones, die, and fuck up our chance of downing it. That guild (Carnage of Turalyon) fell apart in early May and I decided to take a break from WoW.
Some of my real life friends convinced me to roll a toon on their server to play casually with them. That is when I created this Calimbo. I made this toon in October and quickly leveled to 80 to play with my friends. I decided I wanted to get back into raiding so I applied to a 25m raiding guild on Nesingwary (Hubris), and I was accepted. I have been raiding with Hubris since then and to say the least have been unhappy with our progression into 25m ICC. We are currently 7/9 but when we attempt Professor Putricide or Blood-Queen Lana'thel, there is almost no progression. I want to join a better guild now that will be able to progress into 25m Heroic ICC.
Regarding this question, there is no boss that is honestly difficult that I have downed. I will say that our attempts on 25m Heroic Faction Champions are a joke and so far the hardest thing for me personally, but our guild really doesn't have a clue how to down that encounter.
6. Previous guilds/servers and reason for leaving:
Hubris of Nesingwary - Hubris does not have the excellence of a guild that I am looking for. They just don't have what it will take to progress into Heroic 25m ICC.
(One of your current apps, Bumbles, is also from Hubris and recommended me to apply to this guild)
7. It is assumed you will be available from 8-12 ST (Server Time is EST) Tuesday through Thursday, during progression we will raid Sunday and Monday as well starting at 8 ST and ending when all encounters are defeated. If you can’t, please explain why you couldn't make our scheduled raid times:
These raid times are perfect for me. I am a firm believer in high attendance and try to never miss a raid. You can expect 95 - 100% raid attendance from me.
8. Explain what specifically puts you at the top?:
I read up and research everything about my class. I read the official WoW forums, Tankspot.com forums, Elitist Jerks Forums, and MMO-Champion Forums. I use Landsoul's Warrior DPS Calculation Spreadsheet and Rawr (a DPS Simulation Program) to fully optimize my gear/spec/gem selections. I also have Blacksmithing and Jewelcrafting for the 2 extra sockets and the Jeweler's Gems to maximize my DPS. I am a quick, skilled, and adaptive raider. Unlike the general crowd of average raiders, I actually listen and pay attention. I consistently focus and play to the best of my ability. I also have a great knowledge base of my class, raiding, and the game itself.
Plus topping the damage meter totally makes it worth it.
9. Post a screen shot of your UI or a comprehensive list of mods that you use for raiding:

I use Recount, Omen, Titanpanel, Atlasloot, Prat, SnowfallKeyPress, SlamAlert, Outfitter, and some other unimportant addons.
10. If you have thoroughly answered the following questions and you are confident you are what we are looking for, you have a good chance of being trialed, but we'd like to know why you want to join us? What made you choose us over the other guilds out there?
I am the type of raider that expects all of my fellow raiders to know exactly what they are doing, be skilled, responsive, knowledgeable, and at the same time have fun. This guild seems to perfectly fit this criteria and that is why I want to join and eventually become a raider in your 25m core roster.
