I have a geared deathknight tank and gear blood dps offspec. My paladin who is my main is prot, and has a geared ret offspec as well

5. We are a raiding guild and are usually in the top 100 guilds in the US; it is expected you have raiding experience and know ALL encounters and hard modes currently in game! In your opinion, what is the most difficult boss encounter you have ever defeated and why?: Answering this honestly, Heroic 25 Valkyr twins because people can't dodge orbs.
6. Previous guilds/servers and reason for leaving, also include any references we may contact:
Previous and current guild I am in now is Faded on Alleria, and my reason for apping to this guild is the push for hardmodes and endgame progression. A refernce for me is Lamer an elemental shaman in Dawn on US Alleria.
7. It is assumed you will be available from 8-12 ST (Server Time is EST) Tuesday through Thursday, during progression we will raid Sunday and Monday as well starting at 8 ST and ending when all encounters are defeated. If you can’t, please explain why you couldn't make our scheduled raid times (or why you even bothered applying): The ONLY time i will not be able to make a raid would be college related but my schedule is set to where it shouldnt interfere with these raid times. I wouldn't be applying if i could not raid.
8. Explain what specifically puts you at the top? We raid to be at the top and expect it of all our members. Do you take pride in topping meters, never letting the tank die, never pulling aggro, etc.? What separates you from the rest? Be specific, this will be a major indicator of the kind of player you are: What puts me at the top is the time out of game to look at fights so i can perform the best of my ability. My objective is to take care of whatever my job will. I will not be here to waist anyones time by making mistakes. I make sure i have all raid provisions, the best gems, best enchants, and have all items needed for different encounters. I'm willing to spend the extra time past raid time to kill a hardmode or progress on any fight. I have a desire to learn and appreciate any constructive criticism to progress me as a player.

It is required you bring full consumables to every raid; that includes food buffs, two elixirs or flasks, and enough pots for the entire night, and of course fully repaired and ready to go when invites are out.
It is required you use the best gems and get the best enchants on your gear; endgame raiders should not have any cheap gems, cheap or no enchants, and/or incorrect stats for your class. In addition you must have two raiding professions levelled high enough for their level 80 benefits, such as 47 sp, 60 stam, 80 ap, etc.. If you can’t take the time to buy a top quality gem, level professions, or research what stats you should use, then you don’t belong raiding endgame.
You also must have a decent computer, decent Internet connection, and not have any lag/FPS issues. We also use Ventrilo during raids and speak English, it is necessary that you use Vent and a microphone, and be able to effectively communicate during raids. Omen, DBM/Big Wigs, and Pally Power (for Paladins) are REQUIRED. A unit/raid frame addon (such as Grid or Xperl), a stat tracker (such as Recount), and a decursive are highly recommended.

10. If you have thoroughly answered the following questions and you are confident you are what we are looking for, you have a good chance of being trialed, but we'd like to know why you want to join us? What made you choose us over the other guilds out there?
I have a friend on this server, and I was looking at transferring. I was browsing the guilds, and when I came across this guild the progression really pulled me in. I have been reading your forums, and this guild looks like a lot of fun but most importantly gives extra effort to achieve things many people have no desire or skill to do. I want to play with people who take pride in what they do, and that push for more than just the basics.
