4. Any WWS or WMO links or other clear indication of your performance in a raid (recommended):

5. We are a raiding guild and are usually in the top 100 guilds in the US; it is expected you have raiding experience and know ALL encounters and hard modes currently in game! In your opinion, what is the most difficult boss encounter you have ever defeated and why?:
I'd say Mimiron hard mode, that fight required a lot of coordination from the whole raid team, and when people are not paying attention is really easy to wipe the group, but at the same time it's been one of the most fun fights. Also Champions in ToC was a really hard fight because of the burst dmg and CC needed.
6. Previous guilds/servers and reason for leaving, also include any references we may contact:
My first raiding guild was Chaos Factors back in Nathrezim, the guild disbanded a long time ago, and then I jumped to a couple more raiding guilds, none of them really hardcore and all those fell apart with faction changes and server transfers, my last one in Nathrezim was Inevitability, and I left because we weren't progressing in ToC nor the first wing of ICC. I applied in Eden here in Scilla and was accepted, so I transferred 4 months ago. Now I'm leaving Eden because the guild is not going to raid anymore, and is becoming a casual guild. For references you can contact Fordelf (hunter class officer in Eden), Serinity or Kathorian - (GMs)
7. It is assumed you will be available from 8-12 ST (Server Time is EST) Tuesday through Thursday, during progression we will raid Sunday and Monday as well starting at 8 ST and ending when all encounters are defeated. If you can’t, please explain why you couldn't make our scheduled raid times (or why you even bothered applying):
It's a great raiding schedule for me, I can make it all those days with no problems and I usually show up for all the raids.
8. Explain what specifically puts you at the top? We raid to be at the top and expect it of all our members. Do you take pride in topping meters, never letting the tank die, never pulling aggro, etc.? What separates you from the rest? Be specific, this will be a major indicator of the kind of player you are:
I'm a really dedicated player, I always try to do my best and be prepared, read the forums and use the spreadsheets to get the best possible gear, gems and enchants. Of course I take pride in topping the meters, and I do my best even on trash to do it. I keep learning about my class and try to improve my playstyle and dps, and I'm good accepting constructive criticism or suggestions from good players. I keep reading strategies for bosses and watch videos to be really prepared. I'm a fast learner and always learn from my mistakes so I never make them again. The most important thing is that I'm a good team player and enjoy being part of the guild's success, and that's why I always do my best to keep it up.
9. Post a screen shot of your UI or a comprehensive list of mods that you use for raiding. ARE YOU A CLICKER?
My UI is really simple, I use the default blizzard UI, and for raiding I always have Omen, Bigwigs/DBM, Recount and for some fights Grid just to see the status of other players (like in the Blood Queen fight).

10. If you have thoroughly answered the following questions and you are confident you are what we are looking for, you have a good chance of being trialed, but we'd like to know why you want to join us? What made you choose us over the other guilds out there?
I've known WLPH since they started back in Nathrezim and it's been always really fun and constantly one of the top guilds. I'd really like to join a guild that keeps progressing through the game's end content properly and at the same time having fun while doing it. I'm pretty sure that WLPH will keep clearing the game constantly and I want to be a part of it if you guys accept me, and I will committ being a dedicated raider you can count on all the time.
