Tam quit well before we ever got to LK so he can spend more time at the food court, Mini is Mini and had been on thin ice for weeks but I'd still invite him to raids personally, Ghost said fuck it one night because we bitched about a single necrotic plague he missed and he is back, Lorake has IRL things to take care of and probably needs a break from the dozens of raids and pugs he leads.

Sometimes I think Abe yells too much and for no good reason and rushes attempts but that's what he has always done and always will do. "THINK ON YOUR FEET!"

Of course it is the raid leaders job to keep the pace quick, but sometimes we are in the middle of discussing a mechanic or the strat and how to deal with it as we pull and we end up wiping to the mechanic/strat, when spending the extra 5 mins to go over it before pulling could save the 15 min wipe and run back. Tay raid leads like this too and on the other end of the spectrum there are raid leaders like Aragon who spend way too much time going over strats and shit when we just need experience. My two cents.
