Also... idk what the fuck I am doing differently but all my videos are turning out like fucking garbage. Wind up running into errors when I try to upload... cant get a HD upload to be shown as HD, etc. etc. etc.

So no fucking LK video until I figure out what the fucking hell Im doing wrong. Trying another encoding method atm to see what happens. If that fails, Im uninstalling Adobe and going back to Vegas for my editing.

Im looking at a few different options atm...

I could upload the final product, but if you want the unedited shit unfortunately that's just out of the questions for me. Roughly 30 gigs of footage and at less than 100Kb upstream I'm just not not willing to cripple my intertubes for that long.

Im getting extremely close to rendering the final product as an uncompressed .avi and converting with divX or something equally stupid. I have the distinct feeling that the issue Im having is due to scaling the 1680x1050 originals down to 1280x720 or any other various size for that matter. Going forward I intend to record at half screen and force whatever I produce to the same resolution to see what happens.

Perhaps I just really dont have the slightest idea what Im doing when it comes to authoring videos.

I want to punch little children after attempting to look up any usefull information on the subject online. I wind up with fifty people answering the same god damned question fifty different ways. None of which seem to work.

Creatively, Im fine... technically the subject is making me feel less proficient than a fucking 12yr old. Aggravating as fuck. I swear its as if I can feel my brain slowing down as I get older, throw me back in time ten years and I would have just instinctively know what settings to use. And like I really want to listen to someone less than half my age explain how to do this properly... fuck.
