5. We are a raiding guild and are usually in the top 100 guilds in the US; it is expected you have raiding experience and know ALL encounters and hard modes currently in game! In your opinion, what is the most difficult boss encounter you have ever defeated and why?:
Cant really pick the most difficult boss encounter as with each new content they were all hard at one point.

6. Previous guilds/servers and reason for leaving, also include any references we may contact:
Current Server-Smolderthorn, Current Guild- Esotëric, as the current GM of this guild, i formed it due to some drama from a previous Guild Lux AEterna. Pre WoLK was in Hard core raiding guild Esoteric(not Esotëric).

It is assumed you will be available from 8-12 ST (Server Time is EST) Tuesday through Thursday, during progression we will raid Sunday and Monday as well starting at 8 ST and ending when all encounters are defeated. If you can’t, please explain why you couldn't make our scheduled raid times (or why you even bothered applying):
I am in the Marine Corps and work at a Test Squadron. Our work time shifts to match the Flight Schedule. About once every 8 weeks, we work a week of nights!

8. Explain what specifically puts you at the top? We raid to be at the top and expect it of all our members. Do you take pride in topping meters, never letting the tank die, never pulling aggro, etc.? What separates you from the rest? Be specific, this will be a major indicator of the kind of player you are:
Priests rarely top meters, for me its about doing my job and pulling my weight. If im assigned to keep raid allive, then thats my focus! If its to heal tanks then thats what i'll do. I get enjoyment out of encounters where no one dies.

I have been looking for a raiding guild for quite some time. After many guilds on my current server and the lack of competent people i have decided it would be best to clean house and swap servers, I heard about your guild through other members.

Fair enough! I was referring to the WWS and WWO links. I have never used those sites! As far as performance goes, I only have word of mouth! I'm a healer, that's what I do best!

Talked to me in game, and as I said core raider spot isn't available and if it were you'd need LK experience, don't care much about gear scores.

We run several PUGs that get further than your current guild do however and I'm positive you'd benefit from those.

Pugging it is fine with yall. Gear is not an issue for my priest! My hunter could use a little work, but hes an Alt! Regardless if i get an invite to guild, im still switching to your server! Im sick and tired of Smolderthorn! Im just looking to put my time into a guild who actually cares about progression. All you ever hear about on my server is guild drama! Hope to raid with you all soon!
