Lets get on this.

If the guy is gonna pay 25k I would split 18k among the 9 WLPH vets and the remaining 7k will go to the gbank.
The guy doesnt even want hard modes. Just the kingslayer title and any paladin loot that drops. Lets fucking get this done!

I advised the guy we could do it, 15k payment up front and the remaining 10k paid when he gets his title. We could carry one player in 10m with our fucking alts so theres no excuse not to earn a little extra gold here.

I think you might have better luck trying to get the guy into one of the existing groups instead of trying to make a whole new one just for him - since everyone is already getting saved to regular runs. Altslayer group would probably be interested. Talk to Cuno.
