Shaman, Resto atm (but plan on going to Ele). Skinning/LW. Have some Ele gear, and a few pieces of Enhance gear sitting in bank.

5. We are a raiding guild and ended TBC top 200 US; it is expected you have raiding experience and know ALL fights you will be brought to. What is your raid experience (Vanilla WoW, TBC, Wrath [List All]):
I have done all of Vanilla WoW, I did pretty much the first half of TBC then took a break from WoW, and I know all the fights in Wrath

6. Previous guilds/servers and reason for leaving:
Pandemic/Nathrezim, Did not enjoy it there. They weren't going anywhere so I transfered to Scilla.

7. It is assumed you will be available from 8-12 ST (Server Time is EST) Sunday through Thursday, if you can’t, please explain why you couldn't make our scheduled raid times (or why you even bothered applying):
Those raid times are perfect for me.

8. Explain what specifically puts you at the top? We raid to be at the top and expect it of all our members. Do you take pride in topping meters, never letting the tank die, never pulling aggro, etc.? What separates you from the rest? Be specific, this will be a major indicator of the kind of player you are!
I love being the top, I constantly stride to be on the top of meters 24/7. I can't stand being in a guild that is stuck in progression and is careless about it.

I currently only use healbot for raiding, But that will change as i switch over to dps spec. -- I do NOT click abilities

10. If you have thoroughly answered the following questions and you are confident you are what we are looking for, you have a good chance of being trialed, but we'd like to know why you want to join us? What made you choose us over the other guilds out there?
I feel like I would fit in perfectly with WLPH. And I want to progress through the new raids with you guys and be #1.

I do have a working Mic, and I use it when needed in raids.

For some reason I can't armory you right now, so I'll have to get back to specifics about your gear, spec, enchanters, gems, etc. later.

As for a spot for a shaman? I believe we have a consistent 3-4 shaman for raiding, and people stay may transfer over from Nathrezim that used to raid with us. Lorake (Kannagi on Scilla) is the shaman class leader along with Crazyd, pst one of them for more about the class position.

Two suggestions on your spec-

Elemental Weapons only benefits the + Healing on Earthliving, so you'll only get 45 healing from that talent. Not really a solid talent for PvE Resto.

You don't have Ancestral Awakening. That one is a pretty important buff, since Paladins and Druids don't have an armor buff, and you're usually chaining of the MT. You should have that buff no matter what.

In addition:

Cloak has no enchant. Chest has a stamina enchant. Shoulders have a PvP enchant. Head have a stamina enchant, and not the healing glyph.
