My main has tank OS and gear

5. We are a raiding guild and are usually in the top 100 guilds in the US; it is expected you have raiding experience and know ALL encounters and hard modes currently in game! In your opinion, what is the most difficult boss encounter you have ever defeated and why?:
To be honest I don’t feel as though I’ve been pushed very hard in any particular encounters. If you had to pin me down to one I would say 25 LK has been one of my favs due to raid awareness being key and who doesn’t love seeing big incidental aoe crits on their scrolling combat text from time to time.
I have only a limited amount of raiding restricted to this particular expansion and wasn’t in a raiding guild until TOC. Despite this I have learned to raid in a short period of time in no small part due to my roommate. He was one of the main dks in deathwish and then later raided with blood legion, being a part of their world 1st 10 man LK kill. We play the same class and while he is no longer playing atm I have learned much from him.
I have not come across any encounters I would consider to be too difficult with regard to my own duties in the encounter. This coupled with the fact that most guilds I’ve been in haven’t attempted the encounters until they were nerfed or collected sufficient gear to overcome any of their collective shortcomings.

I’d like to be in a guild where the officers are more interested in progression and what is best for the guild rather than their own interests. Additionally I found there were a few baddies that were wasting everyone’s time. When I show up to raid and perform I expect everyone else to do the same or at the very least be held accountable.
With regard to my short tenure in Exodus, I was recruited by kripp under a false pretense that I would be ensured a raiding spot. I raided with them for one week and after that was benched. I came to the conclusion they only recruited me to push their other more geared DK to pull what he should have been doing all along and soon found out that they had no intention of keeping me as one of their old dk members wanted to come back to the game soon so I left.
7. It is assumed you will be available from 8-12 ST (Server Time is EST) Tuesday through Thursday, during progression we will raid Sunday and Monday as well starting at 8 ST and ending when all encounters are defeated. If you can’t, please explain why you couldn't make our scheduled raid times (or why you even bothered applying):

8. Explain what specifically puts you at the top? We raid to be at the top and expect it of all our members. Do you take pride in topping meters, never letting the tank die, never pulling aggro, etc.? What separates you from the rest? Be specific, this will be a major indicator of the kind of player you are:
I have consistently been regarded by both my peers and myself to be one of the best dks on the server. This is due in no small part to my dmg but additionally it stems from my overall raid awareness, ability to lead when necessary, always being prepared for a raid with full consumables, understanding encounters from multiple different perspectives, and an enthusiastic interest in the thorough and ever evolving nature of my class so that I can play to the best my abilities will allow. I am more interested in what is best for the raid than myself and look at purples as a byproduct of progression, not the other way around.
I am, in a word, obsessive about my performance and am never satisfied, leading me to continually develop my craft and am never too prideful to take advice from anyone and respond quickly. It is very rare that I will ever make the same mistake twice. People mess up and after pushing buttons over and over again we’re all bound to make mistakes, however learning from AND applying that knowledge to your next experience separates those who are successful from those who are not.
9. Post a screen shot of your UI or a comprehensive list of mods that you use for raiding. ARE YOU A CLICKER?

10. If you have thoroughly answered the following questions and you are confident you are what we are looking for, you have a good chance of being trialed, but we'd like to know why you want to join us? What made you choose us over the other guilds out there?
I’ve heard good things about your guild and would like to be pushed harder than my previous guild in terms of content. Oh, and any guild where I am welcome to slander my fellow man whether he be a nigger, spick, wop, kike, gook, mouly, wetback, etc is a good start. I say fellow man b/c women don’t count and are often, if not always, disregarded.
