I'm an 80 autowin frost DK with tank gear and dps gear, but what's competently?

Why do I need to prove my performance? I get wailed on, cry a little, and the boss likes it so he keeps hitting me.
5. We are a raiding guild and ended TBC top 200 US; it is expected you have raiding experience and know ALL fights you will be brought to. What is your raid experience (Vanilla WoW, TBC, Wrath [List All]):
Vanilla is a bad flavor, too plain. Strawberry chocolate raisin crunchberry or gtfo imo
6. Previous guilds/servers and reason for leaving:
Prism where I'm raid leader and #2....can I still stay in that guild and play with you guys? Pwease?
7. It is assumed you will be available from 8-12 ST (Server Time is EST) Sunday through Thursday, if you can’t, please explain why you couldn't make our scheduled raid times (or why you even bothered applying):
I applied because Meex is like minks and minks are sexy, oh and your guildsite is facking hawt
8. Explain what specifically puts you at the top? We raid to be at the top and expect it of all our members. Do you take pride in topping meters, never letting the tank die, never pulling aggro, etc.? What separates you from the rest? Be specific, this will be a major indicator of the kind of player you are!

9. Post a screenshot of your UI (Thumbnail Please) or a comprehensive list of mods that you use for raiding (Screenshot prefered.) ARE YOU A CLICKER Y/N?
I use default ui and recount so I can see how much tank dps I do. Oh and of course I click on my skills, how else am I supposed to use the other skills that aren't on the main 1-= bar?
10. If you have thoroughly answered the following questions and you are confident you are what we are looking for, you have a good chance of being trialed, but we'd like to know why you want to join us? What made you choose us over the other guilds out there?
I chose you guys because I wanna have fun in life, and fun is something fun people do for fun.

12. In regards to Ventrilo, do you have a WORKING microphone? Do you actually USE IT in a raid situation?
